I started using this tiffin service with high hopes. In the first couple of days, the food seemed fresh and decent. But very quickly, the quality dropped badly. Now the food smells stale, tastes old, and feels completely unhealthy. The containers are cheap, often leak, and make a mess during delivery. To make things worse, when I raised my concerns and asked for a refund, they simply refused — no accountability at all. This kind of service is not just unprofessional, it’s unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this tiffin service.
Avoid this service at al costs. The worst food service I have ever experienced. The food is unhygienic, unhealthy and stinks most of the time it is delivered. They have missed my meals repeatedly without taking any responsibility. 3.8 star is a lot for them.

Guy please stay far from them they are biggest fraud first they convince very politely with different offers and convince to pay instantly in order to grab that offer . Unfortunately i trapped and send the whole month money once after getting that food i realized my mistake the food was too bad it was too old after eating in started to feel like bloating and vomiting . When I complained they forced me to continue that service. Even after that terrible experience who gonna have it again . I ask for refund they clear denied and told me to promote there business by transferring to my friends you guys seriously guys. I am adding there fraud proofs . Dont be trapped guy . They are biggest lier when you them about review they keep saying they took over this business from someone and that reviews are for them . But still all reviews were new
I signed up for this service expecting quality meals and professional customer care. Unfortunately, neither was delivered.
1. Labelling Error and Item Swapping:
My tiffin was incorrectly labeled, and the salad I was supposed to receive was replaced by a curry without any notice. While they acknowledged the error, they dismissed it as a one-time issue and refused to accept that it impacted the overall customer experience—especially since the meal was prepaid.
2. Food Quality Concerns:
One of the meals tasted stale and unappetizing, raising serious concerns about food safety. When we brought this up, instead of an apology or concern for our health, we were asked to provide “evidence” and told that since no one else complained, the food must have been fine. This attitude is very concerning when it comes to something as sensitive as food quality.
3. Unfair Resolution Options:
We were denied a refund despite valid concerns, and instead offered 2 additional tiffins as a “goodwill gesture”—but only if we agree to taste the food in front of the delivery person. This felt unprofessional and intrusive. Alternatively, we were told we could transfer our remaining tiffins to someone else, which doesn’t solve the issue at hand and puts the burden back on us as customers.
4. Lack of Accountability:
While the legal response was worded politely, it lacked accountability and failed to provide a reasonable solution. It felt more like damage control than genuine care for customer satisfaction. Food Monks appears more focused on protecting their image than addressing legitimate issues.
Final Verdict:
With so many tiffin services available that value their customers and back their quality with actions—not just words—I cannot recommend Food Monks. If you’re looking for reliability, respect, and accountability, look elsewhere.
Horrible experience for my friend with their tiffin service. Food did not taste good and their customer support did not respond to my friends numerous calls.
AVOID THIS COMPANY! They’re a total scam! After paying, they’ll never refund your money. We tried to cancel after the horrible service, but they refused. The food was disgusting - smelled and looked like rotten garbage.We found fungus in the salad and mold in the rice. The containers were dirty and messy. The food was also oily and greasy, with a terrible smell when it reached me. Even they accepted that because of high orders and change in weather their food got spoiled, We threw away every meal. Worst experience ever! I got sick and requested a refund for the remaining portion, but they forced me to continue, refusing to refund. What a cheap tactic to make money! Don’t waste your money. Zero stars if I could.
It's a good tiffin service they are doing. Their packaging quality could be better as well as their options for non veg in tiffin service. Regardless, I definitely recommend others to try it!
The special items like Veg Noodles and Pav Bhaji in the Good Tiffin are always a treat. Food Monks really knows how to keep things exciting!

SCAM ALERT!!! These people are a scam. Once paid, they NEVER REFUND the money. We wanted to cancel the meal services after first day's bad customer service, but they refused. Food smells and looks like poop mixed with spices. Every curry looks same. Each tiffin came with rotten food. The salad came with red fungus. The rice came with black mould. Containers were always dirty with food dripped all over.
We had ordered 1 veg tiffin and 1 non-veg tiffin. They never delivered non-veg food. When complained, they took no action.
They use some third party service for food delivery. So they cook food and deliver it at 8:30 am. So from morning till the evening delivery, the food stays outside, without any cooler or icepack. Every day the tiffin delivered to us was stale, and rotten. They add excessive oil and excessive spices. It is impossible to eat their food.
They advertise on their website 'microwavable container' but they send normal tiffin containers. When asked why they were false advertising, they had no answer.
All the customer service staff lie a lot. They are too dumb and give useless reasons for every concerns. It is impossible to have a sensible conversation with them.
We threw all the food. It was a disastrous experience. I will never order food from them. These people dont deserve even 1 star. I would have given them a negative rating if google allowed us. We have tried so many tiffin services and this was the WORST one.
