Delicious hot foods. Lots of different breads and pastries. Nice selection of cakes. Staff are friendly. Only a few tables for eat-in. Limited parking spaces in the plaza.

I recently visited Francesca Bakery hoping to buy some fresh breads, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The lady behind the counter displayed an unpleasant attitude right from the start. Instead of welcoming us, she seemed annoyed by our presence, which was surprising given that we were simply there to make a purchase.

I had heard good things about the bakery’s offerings, but after this encounter, I’m not sure I’ll be returning anytime soon. It’s a shame that such poor service overshadows the quality of their products. For a place that prides itself on fresh baked goods, investing in better customer service would go a long way.

Cappuccino was not strong enough for me.
The veal sandwich, lasagna, sandwich, and all food items can't be beat.

It's one of the best Italian bakeries you can find around, their pastries are really nice and cheese balls are good too. Don't miss their ice-crush coffee, it's a must have. And if you love coffee like i do then add an espresso.shot to it and it's a custom combo that you must have not tasted yet! :)
