This store has pathetic people working there, from door dash i ordered two vegetarian burrito as i am a very strict pure vegetarian hindu brahmin and the staff send me the chicken burrito and i came to know when i had my very first bite so my religious beliefs are hurt and when i called the store to complain the lady on the call was giving me all the bullshit options, even after waited for 1 and half hour to receive the order the girl on the phone asked me to come to store in this winter storm and asked me to order a new order and i also ordered some extra sauces with burritos the order was incomplete too and pathetically wrong order was sent. For sure suing this store because can believe i ate chicken and hurted my strict religious beliefs. I will need to talk to the owner of the store asap. This is ridiculous.

We just got the worst Falafel we have ever had. We place two order for deliver through skip the dishes it took an hour to arrive we are a 5 minute walk to the store. The order was cold. The falafel was rock hard and crushed and then broken in half to make it look like two pieces were 4 it was so hard I couldn’t eat it. And Skips customer service was so bad we may not use the app again. Extremely disappointed with our experience.

Someone needs to explain the staff that it's a serious matter to screw up with the ratings they give to delivery drivers.
I overheard d conversation amongst the staff laughing while giving bad ratings to a sincere delivery driver.
Understand the permutation and combination , no matter how many good ratings restaurant or a customers give - just one bad ratings impacts big on overall satisfaction percentage. If there are more staff like this place has the driver can lose his account in no time.
If u have been given power use it wisely.

Food is amazing. They have a student special 9$ burrito that fills me up. The night worker for this place is VERY nice, friendly and accommodating to me and all of my friends. Please give this man a raise!! 5 stars just for the employee.
