I can say this is the best Freshii I’ve been to in all of Toronto. Camilo and the rest of the team are very friendly and always go out of their way to offer the best service. I wasn’t quite sure what to order, and they kindly gave me a suggestion — and honestly, it was the best choice. Real, fresh, and healthy food. I definitely recommend this place if you want to eat something healthy and natural, especially this Freshii at Parkway.

Customer service sucks. They don't acknowledge people. Waited for a whole 5 minutes. They kept starring at us and they weren't busy. They had 1 customer waiting and 2 associates. Freshii needs to train them on customer service etiquette

Very pleased with the customer service.Both of them were very nice and friendly.The food was good portion and has flavour.They made up the two bowls very fast.Love the atmosphere and the music was amazing ,it made me want to dance.Definitely going to Freshii once a week.

Second time now in one week my order was wrong. Both times they omitted the salad greens.. and added items that i specifically removed.. No one answers the phone when called. I sent an email. Let’s see when that will be responded to. Overpriced and you don’t get what you order. Not really happy with the situation right now.

I think the brand is fading slowly, something about the quality of food just isn’t there any more.
