Very disappointing experience.

I placed an order through Too Good To Go for pickup at Fusion Restaurant, trusting the hours listed on Google (open daily from 11 AM to 4 PM). When I arrived well within the pickup window, the restaurant was completely closed—doors locked, no alternate entrance, and no sign indicating why they were shut.

I tried calling multiple times but was directed straight to voicemail, which was full and not accepting messages. It’s incredibly frustrating to waste time and effort, especially when a business shows they’re open and actively accepting orders.

If you’re not going to be open, at least update your hours and stop accepting orders through the app. Totally unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Went to cafe and tried veg patties, reminded me of indian taste, then tried mirchi pakora, was very good

Totally rude restaurant manager who was being a racist. I ordered food from toogoodtogo, and when I entered the restaurant and told him this, he immediately asked us to leave and told us they have no food and if I badly wanted food to come back tomorrow. Pathetic way of dealing with a customer. Never coming back. Never recommending them ever.

I ordered some jerk chicken (2 for 1 deal) and pepper shrimp through Uber Eats at like 2:30am on New Years day. Dwight took the time to call and follow up to confirm my order, and although it was New Years and quite busy, the food and service was top notch. This was my first time ordering from here and I will absolutely order again. I hadn't had pepper shrimp in years so it was a nice treat to have it from Fusion.

Don't buy on too good to go. No staff was there.

Ordered the Fusion Fried Rice (through Uber eats) which is supposed to include chicken, beef and shrimp. There was no beef, zero shrimp and the total amount of chicken added up to the size of a thumb.
