We requested upper level but were told no because I had a walker. We always ate there before. We were shown to a table with crumbs all over. We ordered but food came out cold and bread was barely toasted. I ordered brown bread on my western sandwich and got white. Server wrote nothing down. Only one server and she seemed in a miserable mood. We paid, tipped her and left without making a fuss. Previous visits were totally enjoyable. Very disappointing.

I had a chance to try this location once back from an Asian vacation and had a really good time, much more so than I expected. Gabby's has always been a comfort source for me during university days so I'm happy to see it has relatively kept up with the times with new dishes and offerings. Their wings are still stellar, which made me very happy. The eggs benny were a little basic presentation-wise but tasted great. And of course, the service was super pleasant, just like I remembered it all those years ago. This location is one of the newer ones (I think) and it has a lot of nice touches like a gigantic logo on the ceiling and a replica of the mall's opening poster. Overall, a nice comforting restaurant, and a good unfussy time. Parking is always plentiful and free too!

This particular Gabby's is a kind of favorite neighborhood hang out. I like the way the staff makes me feel at home. KP is exceptionally passionate about his service and he's professional and doesn't compromise. Sujee knows how to approach regular customers and make them feel welcome, again. So I don't need to find reasons to go to this Gabby's. Go and check it out. Oh, and if you should go on "half price wings" days, be brave and try the parmesan sauce. Have fun.

I recently dined at Gabby's, and I regret to say that it was a highly unsatisfactory experience. From the moment I entered, the ambiance was lackluster, with a noticeable lack of cleanliness and organization. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and indifferent, leaving much to be desired in terms of customer service.Overall, I would not recommend Gabby's to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. The combination of poor service and subpar food make it a place to avoid. There are plenty of other options available that offer better quality and service.
