We drove all the way from Oshawa to visit this place because Google shows it as open, and even the sign at the entrance says it is open on Saturdays and Sundays. However, when we reached, the shop was closed. We also tried calling multiple times but no one picked up the phone. Very disappointing experience, especially after coming from so far. Please update your hours properly and answer customer calls to avoid wasting people’s time.

Excellent customer service and very clean restaurant. Lots of flavors to put on the ice shavings. The owner was kind enough to let me try with some of the home made Malai Rabdi in my Gola. The flavors were amazing and the Malai Rabdi was fantastic. Will be going back again and again. I am eager to try the only one in Canada, the unique Zikool soda. Highly recommended spot.
