Sweet couple, food's always tasty with good portions, love the Egg Beef Ho Fen lunch special, even the congee is great! Food court's cozy too, especially if you bring a Switch to go with your lunch!

I had long noticed the high ratings of this small food court restaurant and was a little curious. Finally went to try the food for the first time today. This food court is always deserted, and it is also deserted today. They have two rice dishes, a dozen kinds of rice to choose from, and a special soup. I chose the sauce plate + seasonal shrimps, which was a reasonable $10 including tax. I originally thought they were like Hong Kong fast food restaurants, where each dish is cooked in a large plate and placed on the plate when customers order. It turns out not to be the case. The chef deliberately cooks every dish freshly. Just look at this and have expectations. When the meal came, I thought it looked good, and I also got half a braised egg. I felt that the portion was small, but that doesn't matter. I don't eat much anyway. What's important is whether it tastes good. It really lived up to expectations! The rice is fragrant and soft, the chips are crispy and fresh, the sauce is delicious like Japanese sauce, the shrimps and vegetables are fresh and smooth, and the soup has original flavor. It tastes very satisfying! It’s consistent with their promotion: the taste of a big restaurant. I feel that the chef's love and dedication to cooking are worthy of praise. Got their latest takeaway menu, which is in both Traditional Chinese and English. Coupled with their signature name and the delivery of braised eggs, I guess the chef is Taiwanese. Their cooking skills are good, and I will serve their Japanese dishes again if I have the chance.
