Before arriving, there was a "be back in 40 minutes sign" on the door at 7pm. I understand workers need a break, however, there were two employees.
1. It would have been more efficient to write what time they started the break because there were people standing outside waiting and wondering when we could go in. A lot of us were there to purchase for the Final Fantasy Collaboration.
2. If you had two employees, why couldn't the schedule have accommodated in the way that the business stayed open with one employee taking the break first and then the second employee taking the break after like most other locations instead of completely shutting down?
3. When ordering, the server did not tell us that there was a free toppings promotion. It wasn't until I asked for points to be added to my gongcha account that we saw the promotion, but because we had already paid, we weren't eligible for the promotion. Also, because my account couldn't be found, no points were added and we didn't want to make the 10+ people wait behind us for me to either sign up for a new account and figure out all the additions etc.

Today I discovered a beautiful and amazing drink from them it’s a mixture of matcha and mango with milk foam on the top it tastes so spacial and the most important is the guy who took my order is really nice thank you and will come back for sure ?

Whoever is brewing the tea, or making the tapioca is vaping while doing so. You can taste the burnt vape core and oils while chewing the tapioca. This was consistent across 3 drinks ordered today.
