Favourite BBT chain, they’re always consistent!

Been coming to this location since they have opened many years ago. I always get all my non slush drinks with no ice. My go to drink for at least a year has been the Mango Milk Tea w. No ice. Two ladies working there today told me that they can’t make it like that. I told her I’m a regular and that I always get it with no ice and she offered little ice but not no ice. I even said the guy that’s usually there makes it with no ice. Even their menu has 0 ice as an option. This was my go to bubble tea store but will not be returning after this horrible experience. If you don’t know how to make a drink with no ice that’s not slush based then it’s a skill issue.

I tried the crème brûlée and Oreo croffle and it is so good and not too sweet . Will definitely be coming back also since the service was really nice

I recently visited Gong Cha for a late-night bubble tea and was so pleased with my experience! My go-to order is the honeydew milk tea, and thankfully they had it in stock (unlike the other location in the same courtyard). The store was spotless, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and most importantly, the bubble tea was made to perfection. I’ve tried honeydew milk tea at many different places, and this location is definitely one of my favorites. Highly recommended for the great atmosphere, excellent service, and top-notch bubble tea!

I always get Mango Splash (which is really good) and I can’t alter the ice level at THIS LOCATION. Other locations allow me to pick an ice level…never had an issues. Not happy.

EDIT: It was a few weeks back that we visited this location as it was the nearest to us. Usually our Gong Cha visits are very good but this one was terrible. We ordered a large brown sugar milk tea, and large strawberry milk tea with jelly. Not a difficult order at all. However, we waited almost 20 minutes for our order and there were only 2-3 other people there. Before we even received our order, the lady at the counter began to accuse us of not paying for our order even though we confirmed that the transaction went through. She insisted that we opened our bank account and check if the transaction went through or not. She kept on telling us a different total than ours and insisted that we did not make that payment. We even showed her the transaction on our banking app. She still continued to insist that we hadn’t made the payment to the point that we were ready to leave without our order. She made a phone call and spoke to someone in another language. After going back and forth with the same facts for almost 5 minutes, she finally came to her senses and realized that we in fact had made the payment and all she said was “oh, okay.” And if that wasn’t bad enough, she finally handed us our drinks and they were made wrong. The strawberry milk tea was a dark brown colour and we asked why it wasn’t the original pink colour as advertised on the screen behind her (We buy the strawberry milk tea, all the time from other locations so we know the colour). She turned around and looked at the screen and said oh that is just a picture. It’s not actually like that. We were so extremely frustrated at this point that we were ready to leave without receiving the correct order, but her partner at the counter said that she would make the correct one this time. So we waited another five minutes for her to make the new drink. When we left, we vowed to never go back to that location again. I am not sure if it was just a bad day for the cashiers or not but I will not be returning to the location. The manager of the location needs to advise their staff of what good customer service skills are and basics of how to communicate properly with the customers.
I do not expect anything to come out of this as I have seen the manager’s response to critical feedback from customers. This is just a fair warning for people who may be looking forward to trying out this location of Gong Cha. I would recommend people to go to ANY OTHER Gong Cha location in Toronto… I bet it will be much better than this in terms of customer service.

My fiancé just got the FFXIV themed drinks for us and brought me the Cactuar Matcha, and I just wanted to say that this is the best matcha latte I’ve ever had. I also wanted to mention how cute and high quality the FFXIV keychain is that comes with the 3 drinks! There’s little tapioca and ice cubes in the keychain, and it’s incredibly adorable!

Also, I will be coming here for my matcha from now on.

Bought a smoothie and it tasted fantastic. Excellent customer service and ambience. A+

My experiences have been pretty positive at this location so far. The tapioca here is some of the best I’ve had in recent memory. Really well cooked. Not underdone at all ?

The parking situation here is horrendous though. But that’s the case for most Gong Cha locations it seems. Thankfully, the service here is pretty fast, so my car hasn’t gotten towed yet at least ?

Parking: You can pull over in the adjacent condo roundabout at your own risk of potentially getting towed.

very cute little bubble tea spot. With a few seating areas. Better for pick up still do. I had the strawberry almond smoothly. it's delicious with the cream cheese on top.

Ordered from door dash. Got a large taro smoothie with tapioca and grass jelly, it arrived open, not sealed at all! *to the response from the owner, no he didn’t drop it, your employees didn’t seal it properly because one side was alittle bit on and the rest wasn’t, they just closed it with their hand and put in bag. But thanks for being “understanding” and apologizing for this inconvenience! Will definitely be coming back ?*

I ordered two large-sized coconut milk teas with one having a creme brulee foam topping, only to recieve both of them as regular-sized. I ordered under the name "Stella H" on Doordash. This was a very careless mistake that could've easily been avoided on their end.
