The staff member who took my order wasn’t friendly and kept interrupting me while I was speaking, which felt disrespectful.
I also paid extra to add more red beans to my matcha waffle, but the amount I received was no different from the regular portion I usually get.
Hope the store can improve both their service and portion accuracy.
Best Gongcha location in Toronto!
Gong Cha Scarborough in Town Centre Court is where I had my very first bubble tea experience. I used to be a regular here when I lived in Scarborough — my go-to was the chocolate milk with tapioca. The drinks were always great, and this place brings back a lot of good memories.

Very difficult to find when driving, portion too small for the price. Taste is ok.
Poor direction is from Google map. I don't think I am the only one have problem finding your location. That is not funny. That is sad.

Been coming to this location since they have opened many years ago. I always get all my non slush drinks with no ice. My go to drink for at least a year has been the Mango Milk Tea w. No ice. Two ladies working there today told me that they can’t make it like that. I told her I’m a regular and that I always get it with no ice and she offered little ice but not no ice. I even said the guy that’s usually there makes it with no ice. Even their menu has 0 ice as an option. This was my go to bubble tea store but will not be returning after this horrible experience. If you don’t know how to make a drink with no ice that’s not slush based then it’s a skill issue.
I tried the crème brûlée and Oreo croffle and it is so good and not too sweet . Will definitely be coming back also since the service was really nice
