Fried milk shrimp is not fresh, its muscle has become mushy. It could be they are using Argentinian Red Shrimp which tends to be mushy.
Fry noodle flavor is fine but the oil is too old. Too many burned wok residue left in the noodle and fish cake.
I went because of great reviews and friend recommendations. I hope this is just a one time QC issue. Please use fresher materials given the price...
