She's very rude to talk to. I was politely asking her about availability and she answered very rudely. She was upset that I called during her work hours. I apologized for that, but the rudeness continued. As she only has one review and lots of photos, I wouldn't trust her. You lost my business and many more after people know about your customer service skills. I was excited to get a cake for my son, but I can't feel it due to your rude behavior.
