Grandeur Palace in Agincourt, Scarborough is a great spot if you’re craving authentic Chinese dim sum. I visited for the first time on a weekday morning, and by 10 AM, the place was already buzzing with retirees and families. It’s noisy, as you’d expect from a busy yumcha spot, but the seating is comfortable and a bit more upscale than your average dim sum place. The only downside: the washrooms weren’t the cleanest — understandable given the high volume of diners.

Good place for dimsum lunch. They have some old fashion dimsum that are hard to find somewhere else. Thousand layer cake(M13) and golden taro cake (M32) are must try. Staffs are friendly and service is good. Tables are well placed that we don't feel crowded. No wait when I visited during the weekday. Definitely will visit again.

My personal favorite is the oxtail stew in a tangy gravy sauce, with a kick. My favorite dessert is the taro tapioca sweet soup.
Price is reasonable and affordable. A 4-person meal with lobsters, oxtail stew, sauteed fish fillets cost $198, a 6-person meal is $298.
The dishes taste good.
