I had ordered on the phone 10 boxes of salad so that I will come and pick them up because I don’t have the time to wait. When I reach there after 20 minutes the food was not ready. I asked them the reason why, and there replied that they don’t take orders on the phone. I said that I’m in a rush and I needed them to hurry. The guy said “you can go we will not serve you anymore”. He was very rude. They don’t have any customers service manners. Poor quality of management.
