The service and staff were extremely slow, especially the cashier at the front desk. The food served was reheated, and when I complained, the staff responded rudely instead of addressing the issue. Very disappointing experience. I would never visit again. Would not recommend this location.

I usually visit the Downtown store but this time tried this location. The service is very Slow and the staff is unbothered to take order from customer. Placed an order for chicken platter which arrived after 25 mins and the food was not even fresh they had given me someone else take away order. The cashier was a disgrace.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow — I waited for more than 45 minutes for my food to arrive. During this time, I noticed that the staff seemed more interested in chatting and laughing among themselves rather than attending to the customers. It felt unprofessional and careless. By the time the food came, the whole experience was already spoiled. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service, because dining out should be enjoyable, not frustrating.

Was not approached or welcomed when we got in. No one acknowledged that we were ready to order. All workers just stayed in the back hidden when I was waiting to get served. Yet everyone got attention and their food while I was still sitting there waiting for even a cup of water.

This is a nice cozy restaurant that serves delicious food! Make sure to try the Habibi burger with beef bacon. My burger was tasty and cooked just right ... and the beef bacon 🥓 😋, oh my goodness was delicious. They have a great variety of poutine toppings, so make sure to try them. We all tried something different, jerk chicken poutine, Greek salad, Ceasar salad, gorilla fries, ground beef poutine, chicken platter. All really tasty. You will find your own favourites! Love the copper cups!
Absolutely love this place! Habibiz Corner in Markham is a hidden gem. The food is consistently fresh, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the service is always quick. I’ve tried their butter chicken platter and it’s one of the best I’ve had in the GTA. The portions are generous and reasonably priced.Highly recommended!

Always love the food at Habibz. Their food and service is impeccable and consistent across all branches because they are entirely family run. You can't visit Habibz and not try their Gorilla Fries (with either beef or crispy chicken). The rice and salad platters at Habibz put some OG shawarma and desi restaurants to shame. I mean I tried their butter chicken platter, and the butter chicken was better than what most original cafes make. Will be back for more and try other proteins on the platter.
