Pathetic food in the name of Hakka ...no chicken in Chicken Manchurian, Chilli chicken...just fried corn starch. Even the ordered noodles were thick. who makes noodles using thick vermicelli ! .I'm from East Ottawa where we don't have luxury of Hakka food...but tasting this food, I felt otherwise....Never ever visit this place if you long for Hakka

One of the worst food counter ever they charge 16.96 for 2 meat 1 veggie and rice but the quality is not even worth it to 1$ I will not even give 1 star for this place. The lady in the counter doesn’t speak English and there was a hair in the food. And flies were flying on the food.

I don’t eat carbs like rice or noodles, and other restaurants (like Bourbon Grill or Shanghai 360) usually replace the carb with an extra vegetable. This restaurant said they would do the same, but after checking my bill, I realized they charged me for four items while only giving me three. In other words, they did not replace the carb with another veggie, and made me pay more. The portion sizes weren’t good either, they only filled half the plate. I feel cheated.

At least change the number on Google Maps and give proper service for your customers.

We were three friends who ordered Chili Chicken and Pepper Chicken from Hakka 6ix at the Scarborough Town Centre food court. Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing — the balls had no real chicken inside, just powdery filling. We came a long way to eat at the food court, but the quality of the food was very poor. We are truly dissatisfied and will not be coming back to Hakka 6ix again.

These people are very much over priced, I should say insanely over priced. Small container(according to staff it's large) of chicken 65 costs more than 24 dollars, which is ridiculous. I won't recommend this store. You can find better service and food from the shops around. To the management, please try to give the value of money that we are paying to you ...
