This place used to offer good food. But now it is absolutely terrible. Do not get any chow mein unless you want noodles barely seasoned with 4 pieces of sliced chicken. It was so disappointing in conjuction with other chicken items that are so horrible. Save your money and find other true Hakka places.

I have been going to hakka 1 since they opened. They have definitely fallen off. Bland taste for noodles. Barely any vegetable in the noodles or chicken. Very disappointed. Chilli chicken tasted like it was cooked in a batch and sauces was added after it was cooked. General tso, same effect.

Some Chinese people have no respect at all and their food is always cold.
We get take out from here sometimes and I always get the shrimp wonton soup from here, It's super good! The house friend rice and noodles are pretty good too!

I wish there was some consistency. They often get the takeout orders wrong. Also, if you order manchurian with gravy, one would expect to get some gravy.
Vegetarian options: Tried the manchurian version of vegetable balls, and of tofu (although I was ordering paneer).

The sweet and sour chicken was not fresh and overcooked. The beef taste like eating rubber and had too much msg. The fried rice was really horrible. They didn't include any napkins and utensils in our take-out. Service was extremely slow. Never go back again. Jan 3 / 2025.

The wings were VERY small. ( cut from a Cornish hen) but did taste good. The wings used to be a good size, very disappointing. 😑 The price for fries are over PRICED! For the price , not worth it.

They are so rude!!! as if they are doing a favour on us by selling food. The price on menu is completely different. I called them to order bombay chicken and rice which is $10 as per there menu, but the lady on the phone said its $16. When i tried to ask her that why the price is different on the menu she replied - “Sir i don't know which menu are you checking, if you want to order this is the price otherwise don't order”. As if I’m homeless and trying to ask for a discount.
