Ordered lunch chili chicken and beef dish for takeout. They said 10 minutes. Came back 10 minutes later and the lady did not remember me. I told myself I better remind her that the special comes with a spring roll and drink as part of the special. She said yes and tgat everything is in the bag. Come home and of course the drink and the spring roll were missing. Not sure what is the matter with people...reminds me Dory in finding nimo.

The price in the window and price on the menu once you get inside are not the same. I got the $10.99 lunch special and she charged me $12.99 for it even though it was well within the lunch hours. I can't stand restaurants that pull those kinds of games. The food was good, and the service was even okay except for that. Dishonesty ruined the experience. I would advise eating somewhere else.

Absolutely unbelievable customer service. I asked a basic question about what the Manchurian is made of—something anyone working in a restaurant should be able to answer without melting down. Instead, the server became visibly confused, lost her composure, and started yelling for no reason whatsoever.
If confusion turns into aggression this easily, she should not be anywhere near customers. The attitude was hostile, dismissive, and wildly unprofessional. Paying customers deserve clarity and respect, not an outburst over a simple menu question.
This place seriously needs to retrain staff or keep them off the floor, because this experience was embarrassing, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable.

I was in a hurry, tired and a bit hungry. I got the fish and chips. It was very inexpensive. When I got home I was surprised at the amount of fish and some chips. There was enough for 2 to 3 people s dinner. I called and asked if they made a mistake and the lady answered “ no sir that’s normal order for one” this place needs a gold star, I’m a very picky and fussy about my food. This place is beyond good.

Never again………This place is a truly nightmare, Please make sure you keep the payment receipt from this restaurant as a proof to safeguard yourself if anything goes wrong with your health. Such an unhealthy and unhygienic food they sell here. Unfortunately, for the dinner I happen to try Hakka chicken noodles from this hell. I felt regret right after opening the pack, from it’s smell to the amount of oil they used with just one or two pieces of tasteless chicken. No quality, no taste, just a bundle of noodles dumped in oil. I used to have an impression for Hakka noodles but after visiting this restaurant Never Again….stay away to protect your health and money. Scam scam scam…..

The asian lady needs to learn how to treat and talk to customer , very unprofessional and full of attitude. I couldn’t even explain what I wanted and the lady was in a hurry to walk away and the place was literally empty.Also, the service and food was shit , very tasteless and oily ,they charge you 13% service fee without even notifying. I wish I never visited this place .ruined my day.
