the pricing is ridiculous 15.95 for one piece of battered fish and it was mainly batter asked for sweet potatoes fries got regular fries. coffee was awful so strong. my hubbie had 22.00 meal with a grilled fish no bigger than 3×3 and a garden salad mainly Lettuce one piece of tomatoes and 3 pieces of red onion. never going back!!!!

at the markham and kingston road location in Scarborough, The male server was very rude with my family on family day from not allowing us to chose the table we preferred although the restaurant was empty, to rushing us to order, to acting surprised when i asked the dishwasher to get his attention to clarify my order which was placed at the table when i was in the washroom. The fries were very hard and not tasty. For 21$ a meal this is not the service/customer treatment, or quality of food one would hope for or expect. It seemed he was giving an ungrateful attitude for our business. He even said "dont come back if this is how you behave" when i called him out on rushing us to pay, when i let him know i will pay now but not be rushing myself to finish my meal at any point soon. I tipped very miminal, because it actually felt like he didnt deserve a tip at all for his unaccomadating , impatient and impolite attitude..Good luck. I really hope this location does something about the poor customer service skills of this man, because this isnt a new issue. He was rude and unaccomadating last time to even a few years ago, this restaurant wont be able to stay in business very long if they treat all customers in such an ungrateful manner.

First time here & Service and atmosphere were great! Absolutely no complaints there, however by the time I got home and started eating I couldn’t help but notice a huge spider crawl out of my daughter’s French fries.

Tiny piece of halibut. Way too many fries. Hair (Grey or blonde) stuck to one of the fries. Wear a hairnet!

Really tasty Halibut fish but the portion size is extremely small. You will pay a lot & still leave hungry unfortunately.

our server was so nice and very attentive. We always dine twice a week. Compliments for a good chef. Our Halibut or Haddock is not greasy at all compared with other Halibut house ?
That's why we always want to go there always. ????

Fish is great tasting with their Tatar sauce but the 4 pieces of fish are just too small. The main of a fish & chip dish is the fish and not the fries which were plenty. All this for $12.99?

I always drive by here and have been wanting to try their food for a while now, today I was in the mood for F&C so I decided to visit. The location is convenient, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was very clean and peaceful! I didn't dine in but I did try and enjoy my Haddock meal and will be back again to try more of their delicious food. 5 Stars all days ???
