Underrated excellent authentic Japanese ramen.My family enjoyed the accuracy of the flavours in their cuisine. We loved their spicy pork ramen, takoyaki, karaage, and many other dishes. The owner and staff are extremely polite and lovely. This is a hidden gem in Scarborough, so if you want the tastiest ramen, give it a try; you'll be hooked.
The place itself is very nice and well decorated, and the staff are also friendly. However, I ordered a chicken ramen and it was lacking in lots of flavor. The chicken slices were bland and rubbery, and the noodles were meh. The egg was the most flavorful thing in the bowl. I'd possibly come again and try something different.

My family and I stumbled across this gem when we were in the area and they did not disappoint! The food, service and atmosphere were all amazing. We had tonkotsu, chicken karaage, fried rice and cheesecake. Everything was really tasty. The broth was not overpowering and the pork was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu!The waitress was also really nice to our 3 year old. Service was great overall. Can’t wait to go back.

The staff at Hana were friendly and the service was quick. We were a table of 4 and ordered different types of ramen. I had the chicken shoyu ramen with the black garlic oil added. The garlic oil added a nice flavor that was not overwhelming. The chicken was tender and the soup base had a nice flavor. I requested chili oil on the side to add a little spice and it did just that. Love this place. Will definitely dine here again.Parking: Plenty of parking in the parking lot where the restaurant is located.

Ichika Ramen is the most authentic Japanese-style ramen I have eaten in Toronto. The ingredients are pure, the soup is thick but not greasy, and the snacks are very unique. The waiters are attentive and the proprietress is friendly. I highly recommend everyone to come here to taste the delicious food!
