They refused to give me toppings on my poutine otherwise every other harveys add the topings ypon customers request, Ive been eating the poutine with toppings from past 2 years. Really bad service ! The worker was wearing glasses on 8:53 wednesday dec 17 to be exact. I hope it helps to the management.

Came through Harvey's to purchase a meal and the service that I got from the cashier (Karen) was amazing. I wasn't sure what to get but her suggestion was just on point. The big harv Angus is now my fav burger. Thanks Karen. Great service and super friendly environment 👍

There was an old lady who was sooo rude. I placed a big order at the store with multiple poutine orders. For one poutine, I asked her to put a couple of toppings on it, but she said the owner doesn’t allow this. And then throughout the whole order, she was extremely rude to me.
I am currently working in a Harvey’s as a supervisor, so I know exactly what customer service is called.
This place has one of the worst customer services in the world.
I will never visit this place again.
The management definitely needs to work on it.
Poorly trained staff.
0% customer service, don’t even care about the customer.
Please don’t consider this place.

Bought a couple of combos from here. Asked for no ice in drinks which they ignored. I asked for toppings on the poutine, the lady assembling the orders was very rude, zero customer service skills, was told the own does not allow toppings on poutine to save money, they wouldn't do it for an up charge. We asked for a big bag because of the large order, the lady again was very rude, was acting live she was doing us a favour by serving us our food. Overall very poor harveys customer service and very weak ownership. I would NOT recommend this location.

Worst customer service ever. I had some toppings on my poutine and they won’t add it. Said “its company policy” Been having this same toppings on poutines since last 4 years in Nova Scotia at multiple locations for Harvey’s, but this cheap restaurant owner won’t do it.

This place should shut down. 0 customers service. Never ever getting anything from this location and advising people not to even try this location. As they are overly involved in cost cutting and don’t care about customer service at all. Very unprofessional staff.

Had crispy chicken combo with poutine and a cheeseburger,not quite up to the mark.
Stale and cold burger buns and even poutine fries were soggy and the gravy was cold too.

I went to Harvey’s for an Uber pickup, and the note mentioned that I could also pick up the order in-store. However, when I arrived, the store was already closed. I then went to the side window on foot, and a staff member told me I had to bring my car. After bringing my car, I tried to explain the Uber note, but she said the hours are posted on the door. If the store is already closed, why does it say I can pick up the order inside? It was just a waste of my time. Additionally, the staff member was very rude and didn’t seem to know how to speak to customers. Please provide training on how to treat customers and uber driver with respect.

I went to Harvey's on Friday night, June 13. I went closer to midnight, which is when they close. We placed our order and went through the drive thru. We waited a bit for our meal as the staff said it was being made fresh. In a rush (due to closing), the staff seemed to rush us and gave us our food shortly after. We drove away and went home. It was only until we got home when I noticed that the wrap that was ordered was not in the bag.

We tried to call Friday night to try and catch the staff, no answer. We also tried to reach another location, Milner, to see if they could reach a staff from this location. I have been unable to reach someone. This phone is either unplugged or this number is out of service but when you call the number, it doesnt ring, it hangs up the call.
