Absolutely horrible!!! Ordered a double Angus. The patties were barely cooked, they were mushy. Disgusting. Also wanted over 20mins with 1 person in front of me. Makes zero sense. This is what happens to Canadian franchises when they only hire brown people with zero standards. Hire Canadians and maybe the food will go back to how it should be. Sad this is the new Canada!!!
Very bad service. Owner/manager needs to do better. He made me pay for the order twice, saying it did not go through. I paid, and lost money twice. Maybe he didnt like the fact that i used my scene points for the order. Anyway do better, I am not going there anymore!

I bought a fish burger a few days ago, and that was the worst anything I have eaten. It used to be delicious, really delicious. It was a nice piece of grilled fish with your choice of vegetables and dressings. Now it’s a chicken finger, slapped between a bun with some coleslaw on it, with some tartare sauce. When I got home and I opened it, the smell was so bad I almost threw up. The taste was worse. I ate half of it because I was very hungry. I had to squeeze lemon juice on it. The fries looked as though they passed through a wood chipper. I will never buy anything from any Harvey’s again. I am done spending a lot of money for tasteless, poorly presented food.
