My son and I dined in on his birthday, August 19th. Unfortunately, both the men's and women's washrooms were very dirty. Shortly after eating a cheeseburger and a hot dog, my son began experiencing symptoms consistent with food poisoning, which he has not yet recovered from. I am concerned that he may have contracted a virus or foodborne illness during our visit. I will be notifying the Toronto Health Department (Food Safety) about this incident.

Ordered a combo. Saturday afternoon, August 9th 2025. The lady that took our order was short, chubby that had tattoo on her left arm. They all don't have name tags so I had to describe her. She was very rude. Almost sound like she is scolding us just from asking our order. I did not appreciate her approach. We might have bothered her time on the phone and having ear bud on her left ear. After she has taken our order she went back to her business on her phone smiling and all. But forget about serving the customers well.

I ordered the chicken bacon ranch poutine, four chicken strips, a side of gravy, and honey mustard. The food was decent—the poutine had good flavor, though the cheese was slightly cold and the gravy was just okay. The chicken strips were alright and decently seasoned though it was slightly hard to chew.
The staff were friendly, came out efficiently. Atompshere and looked somewhat unsanitary but some tables were messy and left unattended, which made it feel a bit unsanitary. Other areas looked cleaner, though.
I might return, but I hope they improve the cleanliness. With a few changes, it could be a much better experience.

Harvey's Veg Burger is a must-try! The patty is flavorful and perfectly seasoned, paired with fresh toppings that add a delightful crunch. The crispy onion rings are a fantastic side, and the apple pie is the perfect sweet ending—warm, with a flaky crust and delicious apple filling. Highly recommend.

I went to this location on Friday. I ordered Angus with cheese but they gave me angus with cheese and bacon. I told them i am muslim and don’t eat bacon. The cashier gave my money back and they made me angus with cheese but as i was looking in the kitchen when they were making my burger, they were using the same tong they use to cook bacon. I took my order and left and throw my food in the garbage bin.
They are using there hands to hold people's food thats not right i don't know wash there hands after the washroom health inspectors, I need to visit this location at 2990 Eglinton Ave E Scarborough

Great kind customer service but I can't give this more than a one star to EMPHASIZE HOW HOT! It is in there. Having worked in kitchens it's hot in the back as it is. But during a HEAT WAVE?! Please be kind to the staff who are really holding it together better than I would, they clearly have phenomenal professionalism and make you feel everything is okay. But the temperature says it all, it is not. Currently on hold reporting this issue now to workplace safety and the will be calling harveys headquarters for quality control. The owner should be ashamed of themself.
