Great kind customer service but I can't give this more than a one star to EMPHASIZE HOW HOT! It is in there. Having worked in kitchens it's hot in the back as it is. But during a HEAT WAVE?! Please be kind to the staff who are really holding it together better than I would, they clearly have phenomenal professionalism and make you feel everything is okay. But the temperature says it all, it is not. Currently on hold reporting this issue now to workplace safety and the will be calling harveys headquarters for quality control. The owner should be ashamed of themself.

It's 11:30pm and this place is suppose to be open till 12am.. everytime we've come here a little past 11pm, they turn off the heat/ac. The lights are always off so that no one comes in. This is ridiculous. And if that is not the right time, please update your hours.

Went there to have burger at around 4. 3 Punjabi lady were there. Absolutely rude behaviour, not a good service at all. The toilet was also smelling too bad, it was way worst than Indian public toilet. Who ever the manager is please try to teach some manners to your staff.
Very nice staff. They go out of their way to resolve any issue. I spilled my milkshake and they redid it for me without me asking, and eventhough it was my own fault.

Very disappointed that I was refused when I asked for coffee with my meal. Was told they do not serve coffee in the evening it was only 6pm, I cannot believe this is an actual policy. I'm sure I am not the only person who likes to have a coffee with my burger. All other chain burger restaurants I have been to have no issue serving coffee at 6pm. This really had a negative impact on the enjoyment of my meal. I guess no more Harvey's for me.

Well might i say i used to enjoy eating here but coming this last time was definitely something... Its a funeral home in here dead silence employees don't even say enjoy your meal zero Hospitality, here but oh well harrys it is again😃

closes their dining room 2hrs early - workers make other Uber orders before the customers in front of them
No napkins in bag- worker asked us to move so she could close the section down while she had garbage bags everywhere on the floor.
Waste of time - CARA WOULD BE VERY UPSET TO SEE THIS LOCATION MANAGED THIS WAY
