The lady at the cash was so mean. My friend just got back from Japan and we always go to Harveys. I wish we didn’t go to this location because the lady was terrible. Very rude and not very customer friendly, I feel very depressed after dealing with her. The lady that did my food seemed ok but seems like everyone is on edge. We get more onion rings than we usually do, but I would settle for less food better service.

Please don’t try the chicken bacon ranch poutine, waste of money, the chicken is too dry.
Burgers are great ,Coconut cream pie a must try!

Nothing like a personalized burger, choice of onion rings or poutine in your combo. How Canadian is that? This one is a split location with Swiss Chalet. Wish the dining area was cleaner and more updated. The fountain drinks are also watered down. Good service, just needs some updating and less cost-cutting.

Ordered two meals at drive thru. Angus and original were poorly made, skimpy on topping (1 small tomato slice, 1 thin cucumber slice and burgers sliding off buns) and both fries were half full.
Cost $35 with 2 bottles of water. $40-44 could get two better burger and more fries minus drink getting takeout at a restaurant
