This is third time I have had an issue with this location, the fries were soggy despite me telling them to make fresh fries, and when I tried to tell them the girl argued with me saying they were fresh, I also had to wait so long. I would not recommend this location at all!

I usually enjoy Harvey’s, but this location was disappointing. The burger was great, as expected, but the fries were a huge letdown. They didn’t taste/look like Harvey’s fries at all—more like old Swiss Chalet fries, which makes sense since this is a split Harvey’s/Swiss Chalet location.
On top of that, the service was frustrating. If someone orders from Swiss Chalet, they don’t seem to prioritize Harvey’s orders, so you’re stuck in the drive-thru waiting for a much longer time than you should be.
Unfortunately, this experience was bad enough that I won’t be coming back to this location. 😥
