Ordered take out twice, trying different items (poutine, chaap and loaded mac). The poutine had good tasting spicy fries but was dry both times. The loaded mac had good chicken on top but the mac noodles themselves were disappointing. Instead of a cheese sauce, they're in an oily spicy bbq-type sauce. Recommend that you avoid the loaded Mac, what a let down. Serving size for the price isn't great either.

Everything was wonderful, especially the service!

We got a couple of the shakes, and while they were sweet enough to knock my teeth off, we had a nice time.

Our server with the purple glasses was wonderful, she was fast, nice, and quick despite being the only one there.

Having watched a ton of reels show up from Holy Shakes while scrolling multiple apps, I had high expectations from this place.

I went there on two different days to try two different items from their menu and here’s my honest feedback:

On the first day, we had their Oreo freak shake - it came in a glass bottle packed with Oreo milkshake, oreo biscuit pieces on the bottle, one part waffle - followed by vanilla ice cream and then the second part of the waffle drizzled with chocolate sauce. I’ll admit, the presentation wasn’t as fancy as it looks online. The taste was good (very basic, but good), so I wasn’t disappointed.

The next day, I ordered their cheesecake experience - it comes with their original flavor cheesecake factory cheesecake, along with a side of ice cream and one topping. I was told there will be an extra $2 charge if you want the cone that’s shown in their pictures in the store and online.

I am a fan of the theory that looks good and tastes good so I went all in and added the cone! My total came to $20 which IMO was a lot for what little was offered.

I chose the biscoff crumb as a topping, malai ice cream, and Belgian chocolate sauce drizzled on top along with white chocolate. Honestly, the amount of biscoff crumbs they added was a joke. We felt like the cheesecake was way more sour than it should have been and decided to let the staff know to which we were told that the cheesecakes are supposed to stay good for 6 months (that could be true, but I believe the cheesecake slice we received was part of a bigger cake that had been thawed at least a few days back so it was starting to get sour), the staff was hesitant but accommodating so she replaced our cheesecake with a different one that we chose. We went for the Oreo cheesecake (not pictured), and I thought it was quite good. However, the cone added to the dish was also left open for a while I’m guessing so it had a weird taste.

The malai ice cream was amazing though.

I might not go back to this same location again and would be cautious even if I did.

We tried some of the shakes, overall they are really good - Thick and with solid flavours. Nice and clean store. Menu offers a lot of variety.
Prices are a bit on the higher end.
There were only 2 staff members when we visited, so it took us about 20 min to order and receive our drinks.

This place is very expensive. We ordered supreme fries (soya chaap chunks), the quantity was very less according to the price. Almost $18 which is not worth it. For such small quantity and quality; even can't recommend for side snacking. After looking the price of shakes & the amount in which it's given totally not worth it. We omitted the idea of ordering further.

Came to try this place cause I felt like ice cream. It was near lunch so I gab a wrap cause I could not get a taco. The wrap came with fries and it was good.

A family friend referred this place during our trip around.

Preferred for ice cream and shakes.

Our group had five different varieties and each was good.

Thanks to our server who well connected with each member and answered all queries and efficiently responded to numerous amendments to our order smilingly.

Only noticeable was quite hot when we entered but later it was ok. May be wide temperature variation.

Enjoy their varities and variations.

Excellent shakes and ice creams and the customer service from Charmi was beyond our expectations! She was sooo amazing and kind. She helped us navigate the flavours. Neat and clean place. Great Indian flavours. MUST visit!

Refused to honour my $25 unused gift card from them. I see why they all got shut down. Rude welcoming and the shakes aren’t even that great.
