Editing my review now as this place has turned around and came back to its former old days, excellent portions of meat, delicious flavour, and friendly staff. 4 starts for now because the beef shawarma is still quite salty otherwise it would be five ⭐.

they are so unprofessional, i ordered chicken shawarma and pop on uber eats. They sent me only shawarma there was no drink in there, but they charged me for drink. I tried multiple times to call them by they didn’t even picked my call

Shawarma meat marinade is disgusting. It's so salty and sour. Maybe they are buying cheapest chicken possible and trying to hide that smell of death. I don't even understand why people go there.

This use to be a great place to get a shawarma, not sure what happened. The wraps have no taste and the beef is over cooked.

The owners should try what they are serving to people.

Don’t know what happened to this place over the years. Came back home after a few years and… not the same… use to be the best in scarbourgh…. Destroyed every other spot…. Sad to see… I hope it comes back to the top spot…

Food is decent, but they are charging HST on Takeout food even though it's exempt from sales tax in Ontario during GST/HST holiday, starting Dec. 14. When I questioned it, she refused to give me a receipt but still charged me $19.20 for 2 Shawarmas that were $16.99 (for 2).

Find a new place! This place used to be the spot. Lines out the door. Must be new ownership because the pricing from the signs don't match the cash register. Try to convince you it's the right price but it's obvious it's not. Food hygiene is meh. I don't see any of the regular folks. After arguing over the price I just don't feel like eating here anymore. Other reviews say the same.

The food was fresh. Amazing taste. The quality was perfect and it is entirely worth the price!!!

They are not shy on the serving. This is A+ quality. My first time here and I will be returning 100%. I’ve tried many Shawarma restaurants on Lawrence Ave E and this one is by far the best and now my favourite. My family loved it!

You know when you watch an advertisement and they load up the plate but then you get there and it’s not the same. THIS PLACE IS LEGIT. THEY LOAD IT UP. 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We went here since Sumaq was packed (overflowing rather). Food was good, pricing was confusing (no one knew what 2 for 1 shawarma meant?). Service was awfully slow, server worked st snails pace and kept making wierd faces when I asked a couple of questions about the menu.

I keep giving this place chance after chance. It was one of my favourites. The chicken shawarma was raw, the hummus in the beef was expired. The half chicken? Recooked so many times it lost all its flavour. I threw out the food. Thanks for being so disrespectful to food.
