Terrible service!!! I had order 7 items through DoorDash worth 70 dollars and when they packed it for a dasher the server named Zeba only packed 2 items and when I called them for this they were suggesting me to order one extra item so that they can deliver the rest with it, what nonsense is this!!!! I don’t even know what to say it’s a horrible service so bad!!!

Anushri served me and she was very sweet and helpful in recommending what to take. The biryani? Arguably the best I’ve had in Canada- and considering the price it’s just phenomenal- it’s a shame I didn’t discover the place earlier.
The mutton ghee roast biryani is truly to die for and can dare I say, help cure your homesickness.

We had a good time at this restaurant today. Visiting from London, we chose this place in Scarborough to try something different with South Indian flavors. The menu had a good variety, and the food was tasty.

Some of the foods are extremely Spicey. Even though the staff mentioned they were spicy, the level was far hotter than what we’ve experienced in other restaurants. So, it’s worth checking carefully before ordering if you’re not used to very spicy food.

Overall, it’s a nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. For customer service, we would rate it 7 out of 10.

I had dinner at their Mississauga branch with my family. We ordered two cocktails, two starters and two main course with garlic Nan and jeera rice.

One of the cocktails arrived after we had finished the dinner! The jeera rice, which should have come with main course, did not come. The food was good and tasty. But the service was awful. One guy handling the bar, telephone calls, and new customers, and billing meant that service was sloppy.

Considering the service, not worth another visit.

I used to come to Indra prastha for long time. But i feel that food quality is going very down. Paneer butter masala was very sugary. It looked like we are eating a sweet dish. Kadahi paneer gravy looks like chana masala. Black in colour and taste was not gud. Only butter naan was okay. Staff service was good. I will not prefer to go there again.

Please stop making excuses. We are visiting scarborough location for last 3 to 4 yrs. This was on friday around 7pm. Should i send u the bill. Rather than accepting, u r blaming customers that we are making false blame on u. I dnt know how to reply ur answer. Check ur chef and food quality first.

Your one ex employee is my tenant. So i complained him as well. But he informed, he is not working at that location now. You are blaming customers that we are lieing. Now i have to ask disgusting response from you as well.

Had such a great time at Indraprastha. The food was honestly amazing—so fresh and full of flavor. You can tell they really care about what they’re serving. I especially loved the tandoori chicken and ghee roast biryani but everything we tried was spot on. The vibe of the place is just perfect too—warm, welcoming, and really nicely done without feeling over the top. It’s one of those spots you fell in love with.The moment you walk in, the space feels inviting and thoughtfully designed. The lighting was warm, the music was at just the right volume, and the whole place had a relaxed vibe. Highly recommend checking it out!

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. I rate them as having the best biryani in Scarborough.

Recently I went with my friends and my toddler to this place. We ordered a couple of biryanis and starters.

15 mins later the starters were brought in, post that one of their staff came and informed that there was no Biryani and that it would take another 30 minutes for the food to be made.

I was absolutely shocked. My toddler was getting fidgety due to her hunger. You cannot expect parents to wait for 30 mins while their kid is hungry. It is idiotic.

I decided to send back my order and cancel everything. It's absolutely shameful that nobody thought of informing us that there was no biryani whatsoever. Both Veg and Non veg. If there was nothing, then the staff had an obligation to inform us but nobody said anything.

I did not choose to vent my anger there as I do not have the habit of shooting the messenger but this is absolutely saddening. What was once a great restaurant turned out to be so poor in their service. I would not be visiting again and neither will my friends.

We just had our daughter’s birthday celebrated here. It is a very calm place and has nice ambiance. Service by the staff is also very pleasant and friendly. Food was really nice and served hot and elegant without long waiting.

I visited this place recently and there Paneer shahi korma and garlic naan is a deadly combination. Staff is so freindly. Good ambience with bollywood and tollywood music combo.
Gonna visit again with freinds and family.
