Irresistible Cakes Scarborough (Pickup Only)

Excellent service as always, ICakes! I bought a custom red velvet cake for my niece's sweet sixteen and the cake was beyond my expectations.

I ordered a cake slab from Irresistible Cakes (icakes) just a few days before my event, and the process was seamless. Their customer service was fantastic throughout! However, on the day of the event, I found myself stuck on the DVP for 3 hours due to an unexpected highway closure (yes, I was late). To make things worse, there was a mix-up with the delivery address – Ave instead of Rd.

Thankfully, icakes went above and beyond by instructing the driver to reroute, even though they didn’t have to, and I was beyond grateful for their flexibility. I can’t guarantee they’d do this for everyone, as they have a pretty thorough policy, but their willingness to help saved the day.

Luckily, someone was at the event to receive the cake, and it was a hit with everyone! Huge thanks to icakes for the excellent experience, and a special shoutout to the driver! Of course, I made sure to tip!

Very disappointed, they dont know what a customized cake is. DO NOT ORDER from them. You might aswell get your cake from metro. They cannot even accommodate you.

Im so sad that i ordered cake from you guys in this hard time ?!! I ordered cake for my first bday the response time was good as were buying it !! They delivery timing was also good .. BUT THEY FAILED WHAT THEY WERE KNOW FOR MAKING CAKE AND MAKE SOMEONE HAPPY !!THE CREAM ALL OVER THE CAKE WAS BITTER WE HARDLY HAD 5 KIDS NON ON THEM LIKED IT SO RHE ADULTS. THE PHOTO CAKE PRINT WAS FULL OF BUBBLES !! They made an excellent cake for my daughter's Birthday recently. Tastes excellent. Very well done. My daughter and everyone who saw it was amazed and in awe.
