I love the peanuts from here, have never had anything else but it looked good

This is my 2nd time I buy lechon is good and jucy delicious I have to recommend to all my friends this location in scarborough

This place used to be our go-to spot for buying lechon. They no longer require a deposit, so we pre-ordered a lechon worth $300 for Thanksgiving. On the day of pick-up, we arrived, but no one was there. We found the receipt, and it stated the total was $350 instead of $300. We called the store to politely ask why the price was different, and a lady named Josephine answered rudely. She told us to just cancel the order because many people wanted lechon that day, and she said she wouldn’t wait for us to pick it up just for one lechon. She also mentioned that the farm didn’t have smaller pigs available, but they should have informed us about this ahead of time. The issue isn’t the price difference but her rudeness, which prompted me to write this review. She kept insisting we cancel the order. Terrible customer service.

We ordered a 55 lbs lechon and a large tray of mixed dessert last week .The lechon was a hit!! Really tasty and crispy!! The problem was ,the customer service requires a lot of improvement!!A deposit of 113 dol was required to order.So I did etransfer as advised.The receipt that was provided was just the date, pick up location and the size.There was no name and no amount written as to how much was deposited and the balance.I had to text Jocelyn ( ? owner) and had to place several calls to send me a proper receipt. She insisted that it was okay and just show them the incomplete and unacceptable receipt. She eventually sent me the properly filled out form.
The large mixed dessert tray that was also ordered was in a different location. Very disorganized!! We opted not to pick it up since it will take another hour to travel.Guests were waiting at the party.
She was upset,texted me back in a rude and very unprofessional manner.

I hope this review will be taken constructively for a better customer service.

I agree with other reviewers about the lack of customer service at this restaurant. I visited on Saturday and stood in front of the counter, only to be ignored by the lady who came out and started talking to someone behind me. After waiting a few more minutes, I had to interrupt to ask for service, only to be told they don’t have lechon before she left. This experience tells me everything I need to know about this place. I will never come back and do not recommend it to others.

Ordered a full sized lechon and when it arrived we were not disappointed!! The skin was crispy and the meat was tender. Will order again for the next special event. Best lechon so far in Scarborough.

I’ve been coming to Jace Pinoy for a decade, and it is my favourite place to get food. They have the best homemade Filipino dishes and street food snacks. The quantity is more than generous, and the price is more than worth it. The lechon is amazing along with the homemade sauce. This is the only place you should buy Your whole life, if you want to impress your guests! If sometimes you have to wait a bit, that’s a small price to pay to get amazing food.

Never ordering from this place again! Delivery time was poor! Customer service was poor! It was embarrassing to my guests that our order was delayed. We ordered large, but what came appeared to be a medium size lechon. I felt scammed! Never again from this place!

Ordered lechon for my daughters bday and everyone loved it.

If there is Zero I give Zero. I just phone the owner(woman) asking for a lechon.While we are on conversation she hang up the phone and she didn’t give me a full details about the lechon and when I called them again she pick up and hang up.This is the sign of bad attitude and bad business, she has no respect for the new clients, no respect and not friendly.
