Went to Jack Astors STC Location on Saturday for the leafs game. The food was pretty good and came out quickly. Although it was so so busy our server Glee was absolutely amazing. She was really kind, attentive, and had great energy!

Restruant service is horrible. First time coming here.lets just say I will not be coming back here again. Tried Jack Astor's for my first time today. Very horrible. The menu and what you get is completely different. Waiter never came back to see how things were going. Manager doesn't know how to have correct customer service. Waiter gives someone something they didn't order and you have to pay for it.

Tonight was my second time back in a week.Was in last week and had the pleasure of having Mark as our server, and tonight had the pleasure of having Glee as our server. Both wonderful experiences, extremely friendly and extremely accommodating. Food was amazing(try The Memphis steak!!!! It’s personally my favvv) and the service was outstanding. Upon meeting both Mark and Glee their vibe was so organic it felt like we knew them. Absolutely love love love them.

GLEE was our server tonight and she was absolutely fantastic. I dined in with my best friend and my boyfriend and Glee was down to Earth and kind to us right from the get go. By the time we were wrapping it up for the night, we were joking around and even knew each other's Horoscope signs. She's a very kind person but also a very attentive server. She knew the menu inside out and was even able to help me decide on how I should have my Salmon cooked with the dish I ordered. Needless to say, her recommendation was on point. It was a busy night but she handled it like a boss. Definitely going to be asking for her as our "forever" server whenever we go back to Jack's (in Scarborough across the street of STC lol) ? Thanks for a wonderful experience Glee!! God bless!PS To the Manager lady at the front and the young man helping her (I wish I got your names) you guys were really kind as well! All around a good experience at Jack's because of the staff :)
