Jakylynne's Filipino Store is a gem in Scarborough —

excellent Filipino food, especially the BBQ, which is flavorful and perfectly grilled. The dishes are consistently delicious and portioned well. The store is clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasant place to go to.

The staff are friendly and helpful — the gentleman at the cash, is very knowledgeable about the menu and products, and makes the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Filipino flavors.

I'm a 2nd gen Filipino-Canadian, born in Canada to immigrant parents. I went here looking for a balikbayan box to send to the Philippines. They clarified it's called a door-to-door, and answered all my questions, and were very helpful when I said I had never sent one to the Philippines before. I also bought lumpia to go. They were readily available, warm and tasty. I'll be coming again.

I’ve ordered from this take-out place twice in the past week. I’ve tried their pinakbet (mixed veggies in shrimp sauce), squash in coconut milk, pork bbq and bilo-bilo (a mixed fruit dessert cooked in coconut milk and mini tapioca pearls). Everything is absolutely delicious. I will always buy from this place whenever I’m in the area, which is often enough. No eat-in option.

This place surprised me. They have so many food choices. The only thing that I did not expect is no dine in here. But they accept catering and take out. The food is cheap and very delicious . 👍👍

Small place for take out. Got what I needed. Frozen lumpia for me to cook at home. Don't forget to ask for the sauce. They won't give you have to order it.

A restaurant without food during lunch hours. Except for three pieces of pork and a mountain of fish I've never seen anyone buy. No consistency in the city. You never know what you're gonna get, even if you get something lol. Won't be visiting again. Also improve customer service skills with strangers. Disappointing. Terrible standards in Toronto.
