Placed an order on Uber Eats, under allergies indicated NO sesame and egg. Followed-up with a phone call to confirm. Food arrived with SESAME on it. Absolutely ridiculous. We will never return. Thai Room Grand and Salad King are both amazing with allergies and comprehend simple instructions.

The value of customer satisfaction seems nonexistent unless you have a huge social media following. I’ve been coming to this location before and recently even more often and I’ve always enjoyed items like the tom yum soup and the pad thai.
Since I like their tom yum so much, I wanted to share it with my wife, who was sick, along with her mother and sister. I picked up four soups and dropped two off to my in-laws. When I finally got home to eat with my wife, the soup was not good at all. The worst part was knowing two of them were already delivered, so there was no fixing that. My wife has shared mine before and immediately noticed it wasn’t made the way it usually is.
I decided to call the restaurant to see if they could help in some way after all I spent $75 on soup, I at least hoped to get the soup we were expecting. At first, they offered to replace them, so I was getting ready to go back. Then they called again and said the new soup would taste the same. There was no point in going back just to have the same bad experience, so I asked if a refund was possible and told them I’d return the soups. They said they only do exchanges, which I was willing to accept, until they called again to say it would probably still taste the same.
At that point, I was frustrated and stuck with soups that didn't taste good at all. I ended up in the kitchen trying to fix them myself with my own ingredients just so the money wouldn’t go to waste.
The food here is usually good, but customer service matters most when something goes wrong—and unfortunately, that’s where they failed. I’ll be taking my business to Sukho Thai for Thai food and Ajisen Ramen for tom yum soup going forward.
My mom and I went for my birthday today and ordered from their lunch specials menu. The lunch special menu is great in terms of affordability and variety. We got chicken tom yum noodle soup and chicken Thai curry. The food was amazing. It was perfect portion for two people. The soup was light but still very flavourful and the curry broth was rich. The server was very nice and accomodating to us. I loved the unique decor and atmosphere of the restaurant. I would go back again

Incredible staff fantastic vibe in the restaurant as well. Also, some of the best pad Thai in the city. My only comment would be the chef can ease off on the added sugar by about 90% some of the dishes that should be tangy and salty taste like desserts.

We ate soft shell crab and the spicy crispy chicken with bael juice on Sept 1st
Unfortunately, one of us did get quite sick from the spicy crispy chicken.
I hope you will take this opportunity to seriously review the cleanliness standards.

Great little place with very interesting decor. The lunch specials are very good value with about ten different choices. The prices range from$11.95-$14.95 approximately. Good portions and very tasty. Plenty of parking either on the street or at the plaza across the street. Jatujak never disappoints.
