I called to place pick up order and they picked the call place on hold for 7 mins and by that time when I got in the restaurant there was no line . The service is so worst .

We always eat from Jay Bhavani Etobicoke location and it was our first time ordering from this location. Their vadapav seemed fine but the Bhakri Pizza looked very weird like it’s old and stale. The taste was different too. The worst is we all fell sick the next day. Very disappointing experience.

It's a small shop serving a decent variety of quick bites. I love the vada pav that they serve. The only reason I dont visit often is because their prices are high for the portions they serve. They have a small stout area with 2 to 3 tables and most time the place is packed with students. Staff taking the order is prompt and ready to help.

I just visited Jay Bhavani and ordered the Veg Cheese Hotdog. It took about 10–15 minutes to prepare, but when I received it, it was completely cold. Really disappointed with the quality and service . I expected something fresh and hot, especially after waiting that long.

One word.. Avoid....we ordered Bombay vada pav, pav bhaji and panipuri..none of the three dishes were good The bun (instead of pav that they show on the website pictures) was cold and when we asked they said this is how it is served. When we said it's shown otherwise on the website, the explanation was that this is how we serve it in Canada.
And who puts masala boondi in the panipuri ka pani..there was no taste in the water..it was like a packet was opened, mixed with water and served..no sweet chutney was given..it was the blandest panipuri ever...
The pav bhaji was also served with buns and coleslaw was given with pav bhaji...like really!!!!
Avoid if you can..

Food is good but they never include napkin/spoons/forks in takeout orders. I mean that’s so basic but they don’t get it somehow. I hope owner see this review and do something about it. They put a napkin basket at the front but that should be for dine-in not for the take out…
