Possibly the worst customer service experience I have had in Canada.
I walked in around 10:30 a.m. after finishing a 12-hour night shift. I was exhausted and simply asked the employee, very politely, whether the store was open since she was still checking food temperatures. Instead of answering the question, she snapped, “What’s your order?”
I thought maybe she misunderstood, so I calmly asked if there were any combo options. She aggressively pointed at the screen and demanded, “Which one do you want?” The tone was hostile and completely unnecessary.
There was no greeting. No basic courtesy. No professionalism. Just attitude.
I was tired, hungry, and sleep-deprived. Her behavior made an already rough morning worse. I could have reacted poorly, but I chose not to. Customers deserve basic respect, especially when they approach politely.
I will not be returning. And I will make sure everyone I know hears about this experience. Word of mouth travels fast, especially when it’s about how people are treated.

$20 for five small piece of burnt, cancer causing chicken is a luxury I’ll forever be grateful for!!! I will be visiting again real soon, perfect for taking my favourite boss for lunch! Highly recommended!

They made me wait 15 minutes for the beef 🥩 saying that it was fresh. Now i don’t no about you. But this is not beef. And if it is. It’s that glue beef they are selling. I’ve never seen anything so disturbing in my life. $20.00 after and a garbage full of food. Shame on you for serving this to anybody. I hope this review does what it needs. Check out the pictures yuuuuk. My dog won’t even it eat !!!

Hi, I just ordered Jimmy the Greek, 3 Shnitzel meals. All 3 meats are burned, not look like real meat. Please, keep on eyes, when you eat or order from there.

Food here is usually good comparable to the other places in the food court. However, quarter way into eating I noticed a hair in my food. Took it back and they told me they cannot refund, only exchange. After noticing a hair in my food, why would I want to exchange? Won’t be buying again. Very poor policy.

The chicken souvlaki dish with tons of vegetables, rice, and options of beans, chickpeas, etc. That's what I always go for. Delicious. 😀
Somehow in the middle. I Always loved Greek food. Something about the infamous Central European custom just makes me want to travel to Greece and try the foods in their original motherland. I even hear a small Isle called Icaria provides a diet so rich. That it's said the residents are one of the longest lived human beings in the world. Imagine that. 😀
