Good idea but not well executed, and have to say their service is very poor. I wish I can give negative. I was the only one in store and it took them 25 mins to come and take my order as the ladies were jsut gossiping and chit chatting. I wasn’t communicated properly when I asked if I can replace ice cream with custard for bueno crepe. Being the only customer the crepe order came but hey, it was a waffle, and I told them the order is wrong. They changed it, thank goodness, and took another 20 mins. In total, I spent 1.5 hours in there out of which 1 hour 5 mins was spent waiting for the server.

Sorry but this is the first and last time here. Service needs to be improved.

So the story goes like this, we were at the park and I was about to buy some ice cream from the truck when my friend turned to me and said save ur money, I’ll take you to a really cool place. We landed up at a super busy plaza so we parked on the street. When we first got there there was no one there but before you know it the place just started getting busy! Well, it being my first time there I asked the girl to bring me whatever is the most popular! I had sticky toffee with custard with a nice cardamom chai! Before you know it, everyone was deep in desert and generously sharing with each other! After that, we all had a round of all kinds of milk chais from masala chai to cardamom they were all excellent! The masala chai for some reason reminded me of pumpkin spice! Everyone was bursting at the seams so we all had a nice walk in the wonderful neighborhood. It was night and it was cool and it was just right! The best part about JC is everything is halal and it will satisfy every sweet tooth! They also have pizzas and wings and things that I can wait to try such as their brownies and waffles!!! Take a friend! Take a relative! Take your mom take ur pop! Spoil them right and Johnny Custard and you will be all right!

Amazing food and service was so amazing. Muska and all the waitresses are so kind and professional, the chef makes amazing wings!

Went there twice for their milk cake. It’s absolutely delicious. Had the lotus biscoff one. The service was good. There lots of space for dine in. They had sandwiches, ice creams and lots of drinks. Not busy and good hygiene as well.

The snickers and Kit Kat milkshakes are amazing! Our helper Khadija provided excellent customer service in assisting with the pick ! I will definitely be coming back 👌

We had one of the worst customer service experiences here. Arrived at 11:40 and ordered ice cream. No one mentioned that dine-in was closed when taking our order. Yet, as soon as we got our ice cream, we were told to leave immediately. This should have been communicated upfront, or we should have been allowed to sit until closing. Very disappointing to see such poor standards of customer care.

$5 Nutella shake was a great deal, could be a little creamier, however.

My wife and I just went here today. We had a milk shake and gelato ice cream. The service was excellent. The staff were so nice and friendly. The prices were very reasonable. We very much enjoyed our time and I will definitely be coming back.

had such a wonderful experience here thanks to June! She was so friendly, patient, and helpful in explaining all the dessert options. Her warm attitude made the visit extra special, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. The desserts were amazing, but June’s great service was the highlight. I came back for june! And will definitely come back again!! Thank youu June!!

Highly suggest this spot if you are in Scarborough! The customer service was excellent and the server took the time to explain what they offer because it was my first time. The biscoff shake was delicious, although a bit too sweet for me personally but overall my experience was very positive here.
