Giving this location a 5 star because they gave me an extra chicken for my 6pc bucket. Appreciate the addition especially in these hard times. Every little piece counts towards saving for my yacht and mansion. Unlike the Kennedy Commons location, that one gave me less chicken in a previous visit so I avoid that location.

The Foods reminds me home. Service is ok. The staff taking the orders need some more training. The washroom is the big ISSUE the toilet doesn't flash very well. The sink for washing your hand barely has water I'm not exaggerating go see it your self.

Ordered a half spicy and half regular bucket of chicken and I think there was some miscommunication. We ended up receiving all regular, but the staff accommodated us and gave us our spicy chicken for free, on top of the rest of the bucket. We really appreciated it and are very happy with the service.

Great tasty chicken and also very accommodating service. Originally wanted to order half original and half spicy, and once we got our order, we noticed it was all original. We let them know and they were very accommodating by giving free spicy chicken. ❤️

The trays were dirty from food from the previous customers. When a company treats its staff and its customers this badly...

Fantastic staff! We originally placed an online order for pickup, but decided to dine in so my son could celebrate his birthday with his friends. The staff were incredibly accommodating — they even gave out balloons and sang Happy Birthday for him! We were very pleased with the service, especially considering how busy the branch was. Kudos to the entire crew and management for going the extra mile. A big thank you for making my son’s birthday such a memorable one! 😊
Friendly service, recommended that I have the spaghetti which has pork sausage in a semi sweet tomato sauce. Pasta was cooked well, sausage was refined not coarse, reminded me of having hot dogs in a tomato sauce but without the baked beans. Also had the peach mango turnover. Fruit was good, the crust was warm, sweet, dry and thin.
