I had such a great experience at Jollibee today! The staff were incredibly kind and hardworking. One worker even ran outside to bring us an order that was accidentally forgotten—she was so thoughtful and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. Amazing customer service like that really stands out. Highly recommend coming here!

Went to pickup an online app order (41308841277128714) and it was about closing time. An employee mopping the floor without gloves went to the counter and took the drink cups to fill at the drinks station. We immediately stopped them and asked if we could do it ourselves. Apparently they had touched our food bag as well and when we took the food back to car , it smelled of the same chemical that was used to clean the floor.
Cross contamination and Basic hygiene measures absolutely ignored. When we brought it to the cashiers attention, they simply brushed it off and said they will let the guy know.
Never coming back to this location.

We came in the morning and ordered the Chicken Deluxe Burger, Angus Cheeseburger, Chickenjoy with adobo rice, and mashed potatoes. Everything was fresh and satisfying. The Chickenjoy was crispy and juicy, especially paired with the flavorful adobo rice. The Chicken Deluxe Burger was crunchy and well-seasoned, while the Angus Cheeseburger was juicy and filling with a rich, savory taste. The mashed potatoes were creamy and comforting, perfect with the gravy. Overall, Jollibee delivered a great morning meal with generous portions and comforting flavors that truly hit the spot.

Had a wonderful dine in experience with my family. My two boys loved the chicken and I must say so myself, very moist and delicious! Glad there was a promo because the price is a bit on the higher end, but it was worth it! The staff were very friendly and always smiling! And the 90’s R&B jam going on in the background was extra special 🤭🔥🥳
