Very disappointed with the service..I ordered cake for my baby birthday a week ago. When I got my order it’s totally wastage of money..

Their customer service is very low, they don’t know how to treat their customers and for the orders they don’t follow what’s been ordered and if we complain they block us like seriously it’s a very immature way to deal with your customers complaints. My sister placed an order and the lady called her today and disrespected her so much. It’s so disheartening to deal with.

I purchased a cake through their online order, it was a bit confusing because I had to send a separate transfer via a third party app, so that was a bit weird. I had asked for a simple cake with pink details and a strawberry filling. The cake itself was delicious, a little too sweet for my liking but very tasty! The shop itself is a simple storefront with barely any decor, but very clean! I would order here again, but maybe in person!

Bought a mango cake recently and it turned out to be a disappointment. The cake was missing the tenderness, fluffiness and felt i’m eating a dry cake with vanilla frosting. The mango cake didn’t have a mango flavour just tasted like a dry vanilla cake. Won’t be going to this store again and won’t recommend it others.

Regarding Pooja’s 1-star review and the company’s response, let me clarify our situation. My wife had explicitly requested a burgundy base for our birthday event, matching our theme. With presence of the lady who was taking our order, we agreed on a gradient layer cake with dark burgundy as the bottom, some medium color, and leading to a cream/white on top. However, instead of the burgundy we asked for, we received a pink variant.

If the bitterness from the burgundy was of concern, we would have appreciated a heads-up before the custom cake was made.

While we’ve had positive experiences with previous orders, the recent burgundy design cake fell short of expectations. The color we specifically requested was simply absent.

Even if the darkened red flower on top was matched at the bottom as a replacement for a burgundy color, we would have been satisfied. But again, instead of burgundy, we have received a pink layered cake instead.

We have showed some samples of burgundy at the time of ordering the cake, and few of the samples were shown to the lady and attached to this review.

My kindness and acceptance of the outcome in the shop don’t imply that my wife was mistaken or wrong, it was simply an attempt to prevent the situation from worsening for you both.

We had a terrible experience ordering a rasmalai cake. We specifically requested a burgundy-colored cake, but they delivered a pink one instead. Despite showing them reference pictures of the desired burgundy shade and the design we wanted, they insisted that pink was burgundy and refused to acknowledge their mistake.

Their lack of courtesy and unwillingness to accept their error was extremely frustrating. It’s disappointing that they didn’t assign someone capable of understanding and fulfilling customer requirements.

This was by far the worst customer service we’ve ever encountered.

I bought a standard, non personalized cake. 6inch for $35 and was not impressed with the taste. I was hoping for it to taste better than normal considering the price is more than a Metro/Loblaws cake would cost. However the taste was worse than Metro/Loblaws cakes. Maybe it was an older cake but i did call ahead and ask for a fresh one to be made. If you are going to get a personalized cake then maybe this business is for you. If you just want a tasty cake you can go to metro instead. Or any grocery store with a bakery and save money while also getting a bigger cake

I order the cake which was specialized , no doubt the decoration was good but the cake was not so good in taste and even it had so much of artificial taste in that , it understandable that cake was much of fondant but that fondant was so much with essence and was not tasting good due to that it was spoiling cake taste as well

Yesterday (19 August ) around 4:30 i got an oreo cake from you but cake decoration were falling i asked the lady there can you give me other piece she replied that they are having last one though she can correct the same cake i gave here the name to be written and she took inside for 10 minutes , when she came she tricked me by hiding the faulty areas nd being in huryy i trusted her , when i opened the cake afterwards it was same faulty one , idk what took her 10 minutes it was an embarrassment for me , i didnt asked for discount or anything if the things were not fixable i could have gone to some other places .

I went there today for veggie puffs and it was a wait for sometime. But literally there employee was very well behaved And she informed me about timing and stuff very professionally, I have been there many times but that lady was new to me maybe her name starts from guraman something. While handling cake she even congratulated me for.
I appreciate such workers whose tone is gentle and polite.

They have delicious cakes and desert cups! Their veggie puffs are also must try. We have tried their chocolate galaxy and marble cake. Both were amazing! A must visit place for vegetarians who are looking for eggless cakes❤️
