Chicken is great, but they take way too long. If you call they don't make order. If you go they never have anything in stock like jalopino fiesta. Or churros. Lacking service and speed. What a shame because the chicken is great and had real potential. They won't last long. Unless you have half hour to wait in a seedy neighborhood.

Fountain drinks machine has been down for over a month getting ripped off on my orders getting cans of pop evertime with way less drink then promised with a combo

Ordered super combo which comes with 2 sides. They have 4 options and 2 of the options are not available. Leaves you with no choice. Asked if it's possible to not give 2 sides and just give 1 poutine since they don't have the 2 sides I want still they won't accommodate. Bad experience and not accommodating since they dont have it in stock. Name of cashier Numreta.

To be honest the taste is delicious and the service is also but there is something not good which is that the chicken from the inside has a rancid taste I think it needs to be cleaned more and refrigerated with spices at least a day before so that there is no rancid taste in the chicken I hope you do it because I liked the place and the taste

We went there for lunch on a Sunday. Wanted to try their chicken and fish tender combo. After ordering we were told they ran out of fish tenders but can exchange it with fish fillet. The chicken overall tasted good but the fish fillet was just okay. What disappointed us most and what is worrirsome is that the place did not have any handsoaps. Neither in the washroom or the kitchen area. We noticed the owner/manager walked in from outside, went straight into the kitchen and started handling food. We asked for handsoap and were told they totally ran out of it. Flagging this here for franchisee to take note.

Liked the spicy tenders a lot very crispy and delicious. The cashier named Fatema was very good at her service.

The food is really good, and the guy working is really sweet and humble. Would definitely recommend.
