I ordered on Uber Eats from this restaurant. I used to order delivery but this time I decided to pick it up myself. And I can assure you that they have a very poor customer service. The ladies were rude and looking at me as if I came in there to beg or something. This wasn’t my first order but it definitely is the last one. Alhamdulilah, I can find halal food somewhere else.

Placed an order on Uber eats for their Buy 1, Get 1 Free NYC tandoori chicken over rice. Was shocked at the portion and presentation. No sauce was added whatsoever even though I requested for it. The portion is abysmal, almost disrespectful. Don’t put BOGO offers and disrespect your customers like this if this is what the portion and food looks like. Also wanted to add they didn’t even provide cutleries

I ordered their buy one get one deal on Uber Eats (nyc cart style chicken over rice) and it was the worst Afghan food I ever I had. I am Afghan myself and I am so embarrassed that this type of food/quality is being sold. I ordered 4 platters and they all came more than half empty rice, chicken was all the weird bits with cartilage also chewy. The bread was super hard/dry. Honestly seemed like whatever wasn’t sold got put in these plates all the food came almost cold. I went to the same place but different location and the food was completely different. Not sure why you would produce such lazy quality dishes, this will not attract customers but push them away.

Ordered lamb chops and it tasted horrible! It was burnt and over cooked! I would say the worst lamb chops I’ve ever eaten my life!
I have been to this restaurant before and it was good. Very sad to see the quality has gone down! Starting from the windows, haven’t been cleaned for months I guess. Washroom was filthy!

The food here was pretty solid. The prices are super fair and portions are very high. The kebabs and meats are flavoured well and mixes wonderfully with the sides. I would recommend this restaurant.
Did some take out. There was enough food for next day lunch and dinner. Great portion size and the meat was nice and tender.

Extremely disappointed with my visit to this location. The service was bad, the food had no taste, and the rice was cold. When I complained, the staff at the counter said nothing and showed no concern. I was with my family and didn’t want to ruin the day, so I let it go. I honestly feel like I wasted my money here. This location deserves zero stars.
