The lady talking my order didnāt listen to me . Then when I told her I got the wrong order she gave me attitude and tried to blame it on me . I will never go back there again.

I came in today and got a cheeseburger fries & gravy. The girl claimed I didnāt order a cheeseburger, I would never order a hamburger because I donāt eat hamburgers. She told me it was gonna be a dollar more . I advised her that I didnāt have change. All I have is debit and Iām not using debit for a dollar then she said itās $.89 I said even worse. If she was listening In the first place, this would never have happened. Anyway, she advised the manager the manager said weāre not gonna argue over a piece of cheese just give her. I mean, of course, why wouldnāt you give it to me? That is what I ordered. Itās not my fault she didnāt charge me for something I clearly asked for. I went over to wait for my order. She was taking orders at the cash, then went over to two girls at the front that were preparing orders and all I heard her say is āI was going to cuss her outā I mean since when is this behaviour acceptable in front of customers. I wanted to keep an eye on her because I was afraid she was gonna do something to my food. I used to go here before, but every time I went, they always screwed up my order and I just got sick of it. They have no accountability. I mean, people are human and mistakes happen but own up to them. I figured Iād give this place a try after about three or four years. Once again, they screwed up my order. Never again I learned my lesson. Also, I just wanted to add how hard is it to make a cheeseburger with fries and gravy but yet they still managed to screw it up every time.
