Horrible service. Particularly the short, older Indian woman wearing glasses they have usually working at the front cash has zero customer service ability and should've been fired long ago. Took forever to come and tend to taking my order and had the nerve to ask me if I'm ready to order after having me wait so long. FOH. Then they give cold, stale, tough, nasty fries that have been sitting around for how long while proceeding to make the sandwich in my order. This is a clear management problem. Garbage attitude. Garbage service. Garbage food. Not going to be coming back here with that kind of staff. Not worth the trouble. Rather go to the location just a block west on Bellamy Rd.

The service is horrible The lady is very slow and seems to not understand orders or any adjustments. I think she needs to be let go, she can rest at home and provide a younger student/adolescent to help out this location with speed and with a positive attitude.
Refused to put cheese sauce on my soft taco when i was willing to pay extra but asking her to put it in a separate container would seem to work. Make it make sense.. instead of wasting plastic!!!!
Also a cup of water would cost me $1.50 Seems like too much for tap water.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I had a very poor experience at this restaurant. The staff were unprofessional and seemed confused about how to take orders properly. I ordered a combo sandwich with extra fries, but they only gave me one portion of fries. When I pointed this out—while sitting right in front of the restaurant—the staff member told me to “bring the order and show how many fries there are.”
I explained that I was sitting right there and everything was visible on the table, but instead of resolving the issue, the person who prepared the food said that i gave only one fries came with the sandwich and then they gave me another one later.
The food itself was awful, and the customer service was zero. I definitely do not recommend this place and won’t be returning.

The chicken was completely raw inside. Took it back to the cash for exchange and was given the same raw bloody chicken. Was informed that its not raw, but looked like that because the meat was frozen when it was cooked. Frozen or not, the meat was raw. Went back to get fries since I refuse to eat this for fear of getting food poisoning, Salmonella, or E. coli. She gave me a small like I was begging for it. I did give her back the raw meat, not like I was keeping ut to cook later. Please be aware.that you can get sick from eating raw meat.

This is the worse KFC Location inside Cedarbrae Mall in Scarborough, Staff never understands you, charge you extra price, than KFC states. I think the staff gives out vibes that they own KFC.. disgusting customer service..
