ordered online for pickup and everything was ready on time, fresh and neatly packed. The staff even double-checked my order before handing it to me. The chicken bucket was enough for my whole family and every piece was tender and flavorful. The coleslaw was fresh and creamy too. We all enjoyed our meal worth every penny..

I went around 2:30 today. I spent 20 minutes over there. The cashier was amazing. Dealing with a lot of people. Very good manners. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the lady inside. Extremely rude with the cashier. She was yelling at the cashier. In another words I would called that “Bulling”.. She does have the right to treat the young girl ,cashier, the way she was treating her. Thanks.

THIS KFC IS THE WORSE KFC THEY SHOULD CLOSE THE FRANCHISE!!!!! HONESTLY HOW DOES ONE LOCATION GET YOUR ORDER WRONG EVERYTIME AND WORSE THEY GET IT WRONG AFTER MOVING SO SLOW. I COULD UNDERSTAND IF THEY RUSHED THE ORDER AND GET IT WRONG BUT THEY MOVE SO SLOW AND STILL GET IT WRONG. VISITING THE FRANCHISE IS LIKE PULLING TEETH PAINFULLY TRAUMATIZING AND FULL OF PTSD. THEN THE FOOD, THEY ALMOST NEVER GIVE YOU THE AMOUNT YOU ORDER BECAUSE TO THEM A THIGH CUT IN HALF IS CONSIDERED TWO PIECES AND IT IS FOR THAT REASON WHEN YOU ORDER YOU RARELY EVER GET A LEG. 4 PEICE COMBO ONE TIME I GOT HALF A BREAST A WING A LEG AND PART OF A THIGH NOT EVEN HALF I MEAN SOMEONE TRIED TO CUT THE LEG IN HALF AND MISSED AND THE STILL FRIED THE SMALLER PEICE IT AND SERVED IT AS PART OF A COMBO. KFC SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS LOCATION AND THE THINGS THEY ARE DOING IN THE NAME OF PROFIT.

I had a strange experience at this KFC. When I walked in, I didn’t have my glasses with me, so I took out my phone to zoom in and read the menu. I wasn’t taking photos of anyone, just trying to see the menu clearly. However, I was told that I wasn’t allowed to take pictures. This has never happened to me at any other KFC before, and it felt unnecessary and inconvenient.

We regular customer in this location and staff knows us well. Anyway I forgot the name of the lady look like philipino . We in store 25 minutes before closing and we ask her 4 pieces chicken only of two orders. But she so rude and said all i have for one customer and i can give you only two pieces and i sad no i want 4 pieces atleast.. or give us wrap. And she said no wrap too. Thats all i can give is two spicy pieces.there is another customer and he mad too with her daily routine terrible customer service. Please check camera around 9:35 or 9:40 pm

Staffs are extremely slow. Whenever I go there, I have to wait there atleast for 15 minutes. Apart from that the staff named “Naz” with spects, is very unprofessional and rude. She is always rude and shouting. No dining facility at this location as well.

This is the WORST kfc location ever!!! Avoid it at all costs if able. I’ve been coming here for years because of convenience.. and every time I come, it’s dreadful. They move at turtle speed and you always have to wait agessss for your food. Even when you order online you still have to wait very long. So ordering online is pointless. They don’t offer delivery. And you can’t order chicken for pick up…. Only tenders. My bother in law came recently and they accidentally gave his food to someone else. He had to wait long wait times AGAIN and they didn’t even compensate him for their mistake. Also, always check your bag for every single item. Don’t just assume it’s there. They ALWAYS make mistakes. ITS ANNOYING AND RIDICULOUS. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY NEED A NEW SYSTEM AND NEW STAFF!!!!!!

OMG the slowest fast food branch in the city. Its not the fault of the crew, its the management. Only 2 crew members for a very busy location with online orders. Do better, stop being the usual greedy corporate crap. But the front desk crew behaved like they just landed here. Train better bro.
