I found this KFC late last year and the food used to slap. There was a Black woman in the kitchen and the chicken had flavor, seasoning and life. After a while she disappeared and ever since then the food has been mid at best.
I do not get how you lose taste when the seasoning is supposed to be the same. Lately the chicken been coming out bland like somebody just gave up. Whoever was cooking before needs to come back or yall need a wake up call in that kitchen because the quality dropped heavy.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time, I got home only to find that my order was completely wrong. I called the restaurant not to demand a refund, but simply to inform them so they could avoid making the same mistake again. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they raised their voices at me and tried to blame me for their error.
This level of disrespect and lack of accountability is unacceptable for any business. It’s clear why they have so many negative reviews. I strongly advise others to avoid this place —
the staff’s behavior and the service overall can genuinely ruin your evening.

No idea why others are leaving bad reviews because personally, their customer service was really good.

The service was disappointing. The person taking our order acted as if he was doing us a favour or giving us free food. I understand we came close to closing time, but that doesn’t mean customers should be treated with attitude.
If you don’t like your job, quit — don’t take it out on customers.
Not to mention, he wasn’t even wearing gloves while handling our food

I ordered for delivery and when time passed, my spouse called the store and they said I know who you are and your order is on the way. Didn't ask who was calling. When they provided the address it was wrong. Said we are getting upset - well duh. Said call back in a few minutes...will update soon.

Waited 30 minutes for a big crunchy sandwich. If I understand it’s a Tuesday and you understand it’s a Tuesday the you need to staff more people at the location. You have your staff running around when the building is full, your delivery is still taking orders and you are significantly understaffed. Shows how much the owner doesn’t know to plan ahead for busy days. Service wasn’t even bad just backed up. Shame.

KFC @ markham & Sheppard is the worst location to attend. The young lady/ clerk at the front counter taking orders is very unorganized. I tried to place my order, and I was told no more orders were being taken. The clerk told customers using the kiosk is not allowed. The clerk at the front desk has several receipts laid on the counter, trying to sort things out. This is a busy time and those staff working are very discombobulated. Poor customer service. Worst yet, the manager at the back is rude and they are not wearing gloves when handling the food. The clerk at the front, needs more assistance. Such a big corporation leaving one staff at the front,!

Terrible experience at this KFC. The service was awful. I waited over 20 minutes for my food, and the place was clearly short-staffed. They even stopped serving spicy chicken at 5:00 PM, even though the store still had about five hours before closing. The lady at the counter refused to take any new orders because they were behind on existing ones, turning customers away instead of trying to help. Completely unacceptable. This deserves 0 stars, not even one. Very disappointing experience overall. That is the lady!

My experience was when i bought with a backed of 10 chickens, 3 sides, unfortunately the checkin was so so salty 🧂 which was not supposed to be like that.
Other than that the rest food and services was fair.
Workers were very slow, and looked pretty miserable. I ordered 3 piece dark meat and the pieces were so small. Don't bother coming here

I visited to try their new Pickled Pepsi, as it was being advertised. After placing my order, the cashier handed me a cup to fill at the soda dispenser. When I asked about the pickle juice, she responded with noticeable attitude and told me the promotion was “just for the cup.” I pointed out the item on the menu, but she continued to speak to me condescendingly, insisting I was wrong.
Even after a manager stepped in and confirmed it was part of the new menu, she continued to push back and act as though I was mistaken.
Overall, it was a really disappointing and HORRIBLE experience. As an employee, she should be familiar with current promotions—or at the very least, be willing to ask for help instead of dismissing a customer. Her attitude and lack of professionalism made for a very unpleasant visit.
