I got chicken wings from this location on 13 Nov 2024 and that’s the only thing I had for dinner and it gave me food poisoning. Done with KFC.

Not good, be careful when you order, your free bucket does not come even when you click and order the bucket and they will not try to fix it. So the app is faulty and you're out a bucket. Will not order again. They do not treat their customers well.

KFC on Uber eats needs to have an option for customers to add extra sauce on sandwiches. I called restaurant to add it but was saying it extra cost, which I was Okay with but employee said we don’t have a way to charge. If I’m paying over $50 for an order I should have the rights to add or remove toppings from my sandwich. KFC you need to work on making it more flexible to order. The lady over the phone was like add it in the comments or notes next time, I said show me where that option is and I will do it, simply there is no comment section or note section when ordering! This is a bit of an inconvenience and not a good look on KFC as you have your employee arguing with me over extra sauce. Unprofessional!

KFC is no longer good, for me. Recently I went there twice, both time disappointed. First time was for fried chicken. Big disappointment. The chicken was stale and small. Second time, 2 chicken sliders for $6 was cheap, but tastes so so. I probably won't go there any more, even if they have specials. There are better fried chicken joints to choose from. Service seems ok, but I can feel the low staff morale.

Ordered $10 Chicken Sandwich. Chicken meat was dry and dense. Breading was stale (quite tough), flavorless, and it looked grey. It looked and tasted like it was about to expire and I had to throw it out.
When I ordered, the location had no other customers and the lady was happily chatting with the staff while preparing the sandwich. So she doesn't even have the excuse of being "busy"-- there are very busy Popeyes, McDonalds etc locations that are full of customers and still provide you with food that occasionally is not the best but is at least acceptable. I haven't had to throw out food like this before, especially food that I paid so much for and would hence be reluctant to throw away.
They really do not care about your experience here. Fast food isn't great nowadays but the servers are never outright careless like they are here. Do not waste your money.

One of the worst KFC I have ever been to. I asked for spicy chicken, but cashier told she only has regular not spicy chicken. While I was waiting for my order she took order for spicy chicken from other person after my order. She is voluntarily holding the items to provide to her friends or know person. Please make sure to advise her to treat all customers in the same manner. The order they provided me is old and smells wired. Please avoid this place.
