Fudduest KFC in this world. They took my order and after 15 minutes when I went to take my order then they realized that I ordered. All desi guys busy in chit chatting . For 1 burger I have to wait 30 mins .

I just had a very bad experience in this restaurant. I ordered a chicken bucket combo that supposed to come with 3 large sides ...But I got a zinger sandwich combo, and when I called the restaurant, the girl said it's not their fault..How come it is not their fault ,they are responsible for packing my food.They didn't even accepted their mistake .I am never going to order again from this kfc.

Employees don’t wear hairnet at all so the hygiene are questionable. Get your chicken elsewhere cause this ain’t it with all the grease unfiltered.Vegetarian options: Plant based Sandwich is good if dropped fresh

The kfc chicken nuggets aren’t worth the price . The nuggets are so tiny . The sauce that comes with it doesn’t taste right with it . The nuggets should be bigger .

Worst service , worst chicken.I got very bad service at this kfc store. Kfc is my all time favourite. But today i went to scarborough centre KFC. I did online when i reach at kfc to get my order, there was a employee name Yashir- told me we didn’t receive any order. Then the other employee told him to check. After that i told him very politely that can you please make the pieces will be fresh and crispy. Then he was very rude. No one from other stores gave the answer aggresively ever. He didn’t forward that message behind. Yashir don’t know how to speak to the customers. Worst service . Chicken was also too salty . This chicken not at all look fresh and crispy… i always order online but this was my worst service i have ever received from KFC. I also work in a restaurant i know how to speak to the customer.

Order Popcorn Chicken poutine. Got food, was cold. Brought it back, got food and it had no chicken. Cashier was nice and apologized both times. I asked for a refund, and the manager (Rahoul) came out and decided to tell me that it was a mistake and that I don’t need my money back. Procceded to yell at me after I explained I have now wasted 30 mins because they messaged up my food twice. He said that I was lying, and that’s not how the food industry worked. Very shocked on how he speaks to customers and then he proceeded to tell me he’s been a manager for 2 years, with that attitude is surprising. Cashier was very helpful and even told his manager I was telling the truth. I asked the manager for his name, and after denying it to me multiple times he finally told me. I asked him to write it down and he said do it yourself. Wow shocked.
