ONLY COME HERE IF YOU DON’T WANT FRESH FOOD. I find that many KFC chains in Markham provide higher-quality fresh food than Scarborough locations. Kind of sad the food sucks now as I used to eat at this location for KFC and Taco Bell when I was a kid.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! They messed ip my order and told me to order again after repeatedly telling them I have my receipt and I’m lactose intolerant ! They gave me completely the wrong order! And they also like to turn off their phones unless you call customer service! AVOID this location!

Disturbingly Awful . So ordered about 39 minutes ago, Via online. Showed 15 it will be ready. Got there after 34 ait is not ready, and to find out what my kids ordered that is not available. They didn’t have the mind-set to call us and update with missing item. Following the order, they were substituting with stuff which doesn’t even make sense in the order. Then at the end our order had drinks along it - and i made sure the lady at front and guy who was supposedly a manager who was working in kitchen, its ok let him have a drink to which received a medium size, while filling they lady calls me and says oh sorry ur order does comes with a drink. Will never use this restaurant anymore. Wanted my time in hour, and didn't get what we ordered. Just absolute disgusting.
P:S - add to that, i just got to know when i came home - 3 things were missing from our order.
Ordered spicy chicken sandwich, received a cold festive sandwich that was sitting around so long that the stuffing soaked through everything inside the sandwich.
Wet bread and cranberry sauce is very unpleasant when you’re not expecting it, never minding the fact that the order was just wrong.

I placed an order through the KFC app and later realized I had selected the wrong pickup location. Staff from another KFC store told me that I could call this location to cancel the order. However, when I called, a male employee simply said, “Sorry, we can’t,” and then rudely hung up on me. After that, no one picked up my calls anymore. Very disappointing customer service.
