I placed an order through the KFC app and later realized I had selected the wrong pickup location. Staff from another KFC store told me that I could call this location to cancel the order. However, when I called, a male employee simply said, âSorry, we canât,â and then rudely hung up on me. After that, no one picked up my calls anymore. Very disappointing customer service.

I used to come to this location all the time and they were always quick and food was always fresh. Ever since they remodelled and seems like itâs under new management because all the old staffs are gone the quality and service went downhill. Now everytime I go I always have to wait a good 15-30 mins for a quick meal. And the quality is always garbage. Fried chicken always taste like itâs been out since yesterday. When I ask them to make the popcorn chicken fresh they just refry what they had and it becomes over cooked and dry. Never coming here again.

stopped here on a road trip and Iâm so glad I did. The staff were super friendly and made sure everything was fresh. My zinger sandwich was crispy and spicy and the bun was soft and warm. The fries were seasoned perfectly and they even threw in extra napkins. This KFC deserves all five stars for both food and service.
Very slow service and lack of workers. Took a good 15-20 mins to get food even though it was not busy at the time. I bought a twister wrap and the chicken was rubbery and hard to chew. Store does not deserve to be considered a KFC with such horrible quality and service.

Worst kfc/taco bell around. Always have super long wait times even though I always do a mobile order 10-15 minutes in advance before even showing up. Horrible customer service no apology or sympathy on wait times whatsoever. I proceeded to call out their wait times and the lady who brought my food proceeded to walk away as I was talking. Would never recommend going to this place, there's a Taco Bell 5 minutes away that I will always recommend over this and I'd rather go to the mall for KFC then come to this location.

Ordered the game bundle and the promotion of 6 pieces free bucket when spending over $15, received half my food, only got the game bundle, I've called the store 6 times no reply, contacted customer service who is reaching out to the store, I doubt I'll get a call back, don't order from these guys they can't even read the receipt when prepping the order.
Now I don't even have enough food for the family dinner.

Do not ever go here I literally have to wait an 75 minutes for my order and then they said theyâre gonna give me a refund for you and never did lie to my face took my money and made me weigh more than the time I would wait for a sit down restaurant for a fast food place on top of that. They were being rude, disrespectful and brushing off the fact that I had to wait more than an hour.
