Really disrespectful employees and management. We did one order on the app, and when asking how long it would take because we ordered 30 mins in advance the manager said “tell them to wait, it will come when it’s ready.” The environment is really dirty and unhygienic - and when we did another order on the app, the app crashed and the money has been taken out of my account. Even showing proof of the app crashed and the amount taken out of my card $50.00 order btw - they didn’t give a damn and just said to rely on my bank and all. I asked if they can at least make the order because it was a large amount and they said no. Extremely horrible service.

Revisited the location after my experience was already bad last time.
The staff member “ Himanshi ” kept us waiting for too long and didn’t give our drink. We waited but she had forgotten about it and we had to knock on the window as she left and did not provide service for another 5 mins. She didn’t have any customer service skills!

I had a fantastic experience at this KFC! The staff were quick and friendly, and everything was fresh and tasty. I had a bit of trouble finding my order at first, but Navdeep, the manager, was super helpful. He took the time to assist me and made sure I got my meal quickly. You can really tell he cares about the customers and makes sure things run smoothly.
The restaurant itself was clen, and the service was excellent. If you're ever in the area and craving some good fried chicken, I highly recommend this spot!

KFC was a bit busy when I went, and it looked like they were understaffed. The staff was trying their best, but service was slower than usual. They should definitely consider having more employees during busy times to keep things running smoothly.

Great Experience and Tasty Meal! Stopped by for a quick chicken meal and had a great experience. The staff were working hard and kept things moving efficiently.
I was given the option to choose a salad, which was a nice touch and showed attention to customer preferences. The food was hot, fresh, and packed with care.
Even after heading home, everything held up well—and the meal definitely hit the spot. Appreciate the service and looking forward to visiting this location again soon!

Great Effort by the Team, Even Close to Closing Time We came in pretty late and ordered the Famous Deluxe Spicy Chicken along with a Big Crunch Spicy. Though they were nearing closing, the staff still did their best to accommodate us with suggestions so we didn’t have to wait too long.
Yes, we ended up waiting about 20 minutes, but we appreciated that the team was still working hard to fulfill our order at the end of a long shift. The staff responded quickly when we pointed out some missing items, and they replaced our burgers on the spot.
The manager even let us take a picture of our order details when the receipt printer wasn’t working which was helpful. We could tell the team was trying to juggle a lot at once. All in all, not a perfect experience, but we do appreciate the effort to make things right under pressure. Hopefully next time things go a bit smoother, but we’re still grateful for the service!

This Location Really Came Through! Ordered a $70 meal for delivery tonight and was genuinely impressed. Everything arrived fresh, packed with care, and full of flavor. The fried chicken was crispy, well-seasoned, and exactly what I was craving. Big shoutout to the team working tonight—clearly putting in the effort to get things right. Really happy with this experience. I’ll definitely be ordering from this location again!

****DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! *** Staff are careless and don’t double check anything! Ordered 65$ order lastnight on skip just to be brought some girls 18$ order which also took almost an hour to receive it. Staff and skip are responsible but THE STAFF have to make sure you give correct order to your drivers. Everything in that 18$ order were ice cold that I might add! SKIP also took 18$ off my refund for their mistake !
