I'm a fan of KFC, but the experience at this location was awful. After making a mobile order and waiting some time, I asked them, and they said they didn't receive the order. My account was charged, and I had an order number so I was confused. I showed everything to the staff and they were skeptical, and told me I had done something wrong. ? I had to contact my bank to get refunded the money. After, I asked again, and they said the system is unstable, contrary to the first time, which they blamed me. The service here is horrible, which is unlike what I'm used to with KFC. Also the atmosphere looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 80s, and there seems to be some quality production issues with the food as well. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!

This place is filthy along with dirty tables stinky bathroom. PS only one bathroom is in service. I suggest people complain to KFC head office not on Google. When we complain and wine here it doesn't do anything.

The washroom at this location smells horrible, a restaurant washroom shouldn’t be that nasty. Make sure you don’t need to used the washroom when you go to this location.
