The worst possible service. I don’t usually rate but the experience here was painful. Plenty of staff, chatting and simply waiting around.

Go somewhere else.

I must say the service is very poor, online order is a joke, and they will make you wait for a longer time despite having enough staffs, plus the fried chicken is extra salty more than the normal level.

I love KFC and used to work at one in High school. This location is by far the slowest that it's almost comical. They'll see people lining up but will still take their time chatting. Shocking how bad it's ran here.

I ordered from this location a few days ago through skip the dishes. I ordered a box meal with gravy and coleslaw. I received my order but there was no gravy and no coleslaw, I asked to be refunded the gravy and coleslaw as it came up to past $5 and they refused to refund me. The order also took over a hour to be delivered (I live literally a block away from this location) I know part of the long wait time must have been the skip driver but over an hour when I live a 2 minute drive from the location is inexcusable. Will never order from this location again!!!!

Don’t ever come to this kfc, placed an order online and my order was 20 minutes late, it was faster to order in person as observed.

After confronting the manager she gave an excuse that the POS was 15 minutes behind before the receipt was printed, this is not the customer issue. No apology was said but rather she wanted to be heard even though in the food industry the customers are always right. Good luck to those ordering here!!

KFC is misleading their customers!!
I ordered their promotion on the app this weekend only August 29-Sept 2 (today is August 31st)
$10 Popcorn chicken bucket
The manager Neetu made my order and gave it to me
When I opened the bag it was a popcorn chicken box not the bucket
I told her that this is not what I ordered and she informed me that she didn’t receive the bucket for over 3 months (as if that’s my issue) and that she was told to pack the bucket orders into boxes. I told her that this is false advertising and misleading as it clearly states bucket
I’ve ordered the bucket last month and it had almost double the amount of chicken compared to what I had in the box today I asked if she can give a small order of popcorn chicken to make up the difference and was told no. I am very disappointed and frustrated at this experience. Please don’t market to customers your false promotions and at least try to make it up to your customers or provide alternatives if you run out of the specific size.

My experience at this KFC, when I dine in I get fresh chicken.. but when i do take out they put all old chicken in the container and that is very unfair, and disrespectful to your customers, so my wife takes back the children to the store and let them know that it was cold hard on all old meat. All they said is, when they gave it to us it was hot, even when we lives 5 minutes away... I am very, very disappointed. So now they marked off my food list for good.

Ordered 2 pcs of chicken and a cole slaw. The drumstick was tender and freshly cooked. The other piece was so tough I had to throw it away. It must have been sitting in the rack for a very long time. The total bill was $12.40 and wasn't worth it.

this is abnormal.. chicken in wraps and seperate was sooooooooo salty....... inedible. spat it out. and went to wendys near by. sumthing is wrong with this place i dont know if there using old oil or too much salt but wen u taste the chicken u wil understand what i mean..

The staff provided excellent service, and the food was exceptionally fresh and crisp. We ordered the Zinger Meal Box for our family, and it exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed every bite.

I tried it recently because I heard it was halal. The disappointment was crazy, the chicken pieces were so small, the chicken was beyond salty, and it looked and tasted stale. I bought the bucket and it was such a waste of money. I'm not sure if it's an issue with this location or all KFCs but never again.

Customer service was poor. I’ll mannered staff member working at 10:45pm of 5 th august, doesn’t know how to greet customers. Both members were busy with their conversations rather than attending customers.
