Nobody smiles or greets you. I ordered the tenders for 2 meal. The tenders were fine, but the popcorn chicken and fries were cold, and each popcorn chicken each had 10 pieces, there was room for more. I left with my food, nobody said thank you or have a nice day. Zero customer service at all.

Horrible service, they’re very slow with making the food having to wait 20 minutes for just a sandwich. There’s a lineup of people but they’re still chatting instead of doing their work properly. Not to mention my sandwich was cold completely, absolute joke

The manager is very rude I even said excuse but she just ignore me at all. I've been waiting for my mobile order pick up for almost 30 minutes. And there food is very soggy compared to other KFC location they have good crispy chicken at all. In this location it's also very oily. I will never bother to come at this location. And by the way this manager she was nice with the other guy and smile but for the other customers she never smiles.
My brother went to order the same combo I had earlier this morning, but he was charged extra. When he asked why the price was higher, the staff member simply told him to “just pay.” This feels like false advertising or an attempt to take advantage of kids. I will not be allowing my brother to return to this location, and if I don’t receive an explanation as to why he was overcharged, I will be contacting KFC head office to follow up.
