if theres an option to give 0 star I would. worst service specially the girl at the front (cashier) she doesnt know how to give customer service despite working on retail store. they were speaking in their own language which is very uncomfortable for me as this is a diverse country and they should speak in the language that everybody can understand (ENGLISH!!!)

I was told at 7:31pm I could not dine in because dine in is done at 7:30pm.This location closes at 8pm. Sho7ldnt we be able to dine in until closing?Are they making up the rules to leave their shift earlier?Someone give me an answer.
Why do they bother offering mobile orders if they don’t even check or prepare them ahead of time. We placed mobile orders and it took 40 mins before they were both completed, just for sandwiches. They didn’t even bother to check the mobile orders until they finished with the in-person orders. It would have been quicker just to order in person. Staff did not even care about the long wait time or apologize.
