Very disappointing service. I ordered KFC through DoorDash for my work crew on site. To make sure everything was covered, I phoned the store directly and specifically asked them to include plates and cutlery. I was told it would be done. When the order arrived, there were no plates or cutlery at all, which was extremely frustrating given this was for a crew working on site. I called the store back to let them know, and instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, the staff member insisted it was “put in the bag,” even after I clearly explained multiple times that it was not. Poor customer service, no accountability, and no effort to fix the mistake. This could have been handled easily with a simple apology, but instead I was dismissed. Not acceptable.

Their online order system is shit. It took 30 minutes for them to even start my order. Even though my order was flashing there I know it was busy, but they don’t prepare anything unless you remind them. What’s the point of ordering online then?
or should I take a big paper and a marker with me, write my order number on it and hold it in front of them? 🙌

Orders a popcorn meal deal for delivery. Took 40 minutes (5 minutes down the street). Forgot to put the fries in the bag. Called them, they offered to give me a free small fries the next time I go in person, which I didn't agree to, so they said they're going to talk to the manager, then ghosted me.
I later called them again and they tried to have me give them my card information over the phone to cancel the order. Obviously I refused this for security reasons, so they started yelling at me over the phone and hung up.

I've ordered and picked up from this location several times now and haven't had any problems. They're pretty consistent.
If you want to eat in they do have tables where you can seat up to 4 people but the place is pretty small and pretty messy at times.
I recommend you just pick up your order and go. If you don't want to wait for your order, just order ahead with the app like I do. Like said, I haven't had any problems doing things this way.

A lot of strange turkey stuffing-like batter, and when you get to the meat, it can be chewy almost like rubber.
I honestly think a scientist should be testing this meat to see if it’s still authentically Chicken.

Miserable experiemce at this outlet!!! All the tables were dirty & stinky, it was smelling like garbage, roaches were walkimg on the floor, hard to believe what they have done to a brand like KFC!! Even rhe people working were looking so unhappy and unwilling, it was totally a junk place, I doubt whether they even clean their hand before making burgers or fries!! DO NOT GO AT THIS LOCATION!! Higher management of KFC, look in to this!!!!
