Ordered online, took the money. Got to location and they are “closed” and didn’t refund the money. Told me to come back in the morning. Why are you advertising open until 12 am? It’s 11:15 pm. And why are you accepting online orders if you can’t fulfill them? Ridiculous

Wow what a joke of a meal. Ordered 6 pieces and 2 large fries. I haven't had KFC in a while, but was getting this for a small get-together to share with family. As you can imagine, pretty embarrassing to bring this to a small family gathering. Everybody commented about how small the pieces were, it became a full on conversation about how KFC is not what it used to be. To consider this size of a thigh to be a 'piece' is rather sad. We paid $29 +tax, huge waste of money. Mary browns, chiknjoy, and even Popeyes is way more worth it than this. What is disappointing is that when I mentioned that I haven't visited KFC in a while, it wasn't for any particular reason. After this visit, you bet I have a reason now to avoid KFC.

The cashier was too busy punching in skip orders and I had to tell them that I was in a hurry. Then they changed me too much and had to give me money back. 2 other people placed orders after me and one of them got their order first. Mine was simple I had 2 tocos and the other had a combo I ended up missing my bus because they couldn’t do 2 tacos before a combo

Two portions of chicken were stolen off of the table when had to take the kid to the washroom. The workers did not believe us! Had to leave hungry! We had to complain 5 times multiple back and forth to the store for them to say yes your food was stolen! Obviously not a safe place to go again. Ironically on the store front was a big poster saying we care about your safety. The manager needs to take that poster down!

Undertrained employees and horrible customer service! Placed an order for pickup, but the order status falsely indicated it was already collected. Had to call to confirm, and when we arrived to pick it up, the employee inside was cleaning. Understandable, but she couldn't even inform us to use the drive-thru. Instead, she saw us waiting at the door and knocking on the door after waiting , ignored us, and walked away. The website says open till 11, but it didn't specify drive-thru only. These arrogant employees need better training. Extremely disappointed with the training managers. To top it off , we got old refried salty chicken , when I salty it’s extremely salty with rotten coleslaw , spend $23 bucks for garbage
