If the restaurant is open till 10 and you arrive at 9 30 and ask for chicken, they should be able to cook it for you if there's none. This location refused to serve me chicken 30 mins before closing because they did not want to make anymore.

The food was good. However, I had to wait a few minutes for the bucket of chicken. The first bucket had very dark brown pieces of chicken, which meat they were over cooked.They tried to tell me it was okay, it was the timer. I said I would wait for another batch and this was much better.

Shout out to the staff at KFC for the speedy service of my spicy slider sandwich especially the black Employee who went above and beyond by asking if I wanted condiments. Usually the staff always ask but this particular day was memorable because it was delivered with a smile. Shout out to you for the positivity reinforcement of quality service amongst your staff. 5 stars

I visited KFC today and I'm sad to say it wasn't the enjoyable experience I've come to expect. I ordered the chicken fry, but it lacked flavor, was disappointingly old, and had an unpleasant burnt odor, resembling petrol.Feeling concerned, I decided to raise the issue with the staff. However, my complaint was met with a surprising lack of care and understanding. The response I received was that the smell was "just like chicken," and any replacement would entail a frustrating 45 minute wait.As a long-time KFC fan, this experience left me quite dissatisfied. I believe in the brand's reputation for quality and service, but today's visit fell short of expectations. I hope this feedback helps KFC to maintain the high standards I know it's capable of.

Our KFC Tuesday experience was a letdown. The chicken not only tasted terrible but also had a bizarre kerosene-like smell. When we raised the issue, the staff shockingly insisted that this unpleasant aroma was standard. It was a disappointing encounter, and I wouldn't suggest anyone endure such a tasteless and unpleasant dining experience at KFC.
I will never ever get food from this kfc ever again il let you guys be the judge.... look at that picture n tell me if that's chicken ? because it's not what's so ever that is just

There was 8 cars in the drive thru and I saw there was no lineup inside so I chose to go in. Can someone explain to me how 6 of those cars were served before me? I ordered the Big Crunch sandwhich which was the daily special. That’s it. Come on. The Asian manager (no racial or anything, it’s the only way I can identify him) is extremely incompetent. He treats his employees poorly too.
